Love To Travel

Cannot thank Dave and staff enough! I was not a fan of travel insurance, but now I am!! Just before our trip, the bay/beach in front of the resort became an awful brown color (through no fault of the resort itself). The goal of this trip was to get away and sit on a beautiful beach with just me and my hubby. There was no telling how long it wold take for it to clear up. We were supposed to leave at 6am Sunday. On Saturday, I connected with Dave and he was able to re-route us to a beautiful resort in Cabo less than 24 hours before our original flight. Same dates, same price range, and an amazing trip! Cannot thank Dave (and staff) for the superior service.That would've never happened without an outstanding travel agent (and the travel insurance!) Thanks Dave, you guys are the best!!

This is our second time using Love to Travel, and my only regret is I didn’t know about them sooner!! They are so knowledgeable and have everything set up for us, including private transportation to and from the airport! They go above and beyond! They even had cake and a card sent to our room for my husbands birthday. Love to travel is amazing at responding to emails and phone calls whenever I have questions about anything. I can not say enough about the staff here, especially Dave Cook!

We used Love To Travel to book our honeymoon to the Bahamas back in December. The booking process was smooth and Dave presented us with plenty of options that were within our price range. We were planning on renting a Jeep for a day but when we arrived at the resort we changed our minds and all we had to do was email Love To Travel and they took care of the cancellation for us. On our way back from the Bahamas, the Atlanta airport lost power and our flight to KC was canceled. While we were on the tarmac I sent Dave a text telling him our situation and he got us on the first flight to KC the next day. I was extremely impressed with his customer service (I texted him on a Sunday afternoon) and he genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend Love To Travel to anyone looking for a travel agent and I would definitely book through them again.

We used Love to Travel to help book travel for our destination wedding and honeymoon. They definitely took the stress away from having to figure travel out for 50 people. They were organized and provided everyone with the information that was needed. Kim was great at explaining everything and helping us choose a resort. Brooke was the point of contact for all the guests to get their travel booked, and Betsy was terrific at answering our random questions and helping us book excursions and transports. It was so easy to have everything set-up before we left and it was so seamless and stress free from when we arrived at the airport to when we were leaving. They think of everything and are on top of it. I think one thing that we had some hesitation on was whether the prices we were given for cost for per person per night was going to be competitive against other deals online like promised. We were able to get a good deal but it took us and other people in our party pointing it out that we found better pricing somewhere else for them to try and get us that price. It will take the customers actively seeking out better pricing and bringing it up for it to be considered. I'm sure it is a time commitment thing on their end that they aren't able to do that for everyone, but be prepared to look at that sort of thing. I would also make sure if you are doing something like a destination wedding that you personally keep track of the amount you should be getting back in comp rooms. We found some discrepancies in what we were getting back. Luckily, the agency was understanding and helpful in fixing the error and getting the proper amount back. Overall, good experience and we would come back to them again.

We used Love to Travel to plan our Jamaican dream honeymoon. We knew what resort we wanted to travel to and LTT reassured us that it was a great choice. They made planning and paying for it so easy. We live in Indiana and we’re able to do it all by email. Betsy, Dave, and Kim responded to all our questions and emails quickly. Once we were on our honeymoon we decided we wanted private transfer back to the airport and they answered my email quickly and had a private transfer scheduled within a day. I highly recommend Love To Travel for all vacation needs!
