Visited this location for the Mulch Sale about a week back and had an amazing experience. The three guys who loaded my truck with 30 bags of mulch made sure not to give me broken bags and stacked it in a manner that there was still room for a few more. I wish I could remember their names so I could say thank you. 1 fault, we purchased stones and thought "oh. Wow. What a deal for $2.08" only to go to home Depot and they have the same stone for $1.78. they have most of the same brands but different prices. Guess it's whatever your preference is. Will return to this location.
Bought a fridge online and came from distribution center, but ultimately worked with this location for issues. Delivery was delayed a week 4/5, but the corporate customer service was great for credit due to issue. Last issue occurred after delivery and I worked directly with Appliances Manager Jarrett Willis to resolve issue. He was awesome. His customer service alone reaffirmed decision to buy future appliance from Lowe’s. 10/10 recommend asking for him at this location if appliance shopping.
The store itself is fine. Their DELIVERY company they use is inept at best. We ordered and paid for a washer last Saturday 11-19-22 with the delivery date of Monday 11-21 and have been jerked around ever since. Today is 11-26, still no washer and they were trying to "reschedule" again. This is not a case of 'no inventory', just sheer ineptitude.
I was shopping for kitchen appliances at 8 pm and have to say that I was really nicely surprised by Aaron and Jarrett's energy and willingness to help. It was after Labor day weekend which is always extremely busy for all stores. I ended up buying what I was looking for while they both treated not only me but everyone else who came at the time I was there with care. I went to Lowe's in Woodstock initially but that was a big disappointment.
This place is just awful. They have a Lotta stuff sure like every big box store but if you need help or if you have to ask a question you might as well cancel Christmas. It takes an act of violence or Congress to get someone to help you. I mean a dozen employees walked right past me didn’t say a word you could feel the tension in the air like they knew they were doing wrong but they didn’t care. When you finally do get some help they don’t know anything I learned more from a three minute Google search then the “expert” Who didn’t know how to measure or look up a lawnmower belt. Three trips seven belts, that’s not an exaggeration. Seven belts before I found the correct one with no assistance. I also want to shame the manufacturer of this particular lawnmower for putting out lots of how to videos a video manual open source documents from the owners manual nowhere, know where I could find what they simply tell you the length of the belt. The most important piece of information when buying a belt. How did this get by the editor?
We bought a new dishwasher and refrigerator from them. Delivery of the fridge was terrible - bad attitude aside which I can forgive if you do the job right, not only do I have a huge gouge in my floor boards but the stair banister has splinters down its side from being scraped. The fridge itself has several scratches and scuffs from being installed. I don’t know if it’s from bringing it inside or when the installer climbed on top of the fridge to attach the doors. Then the technician said that they don’t install anything behind the fridge meaning attaching the ice maker hose to the ice maker, what?. Now over a week later we’re still waiting for a separate installer for the dishwasher to do the job we paid extra for. And I’ve got this huge box sitting, taking up a large part of my kitchen, keeping us from being able to sit at a table and eat dinner. I was a very loyal customer and used Lowe’s for pretty much everything. After this experience, I would not order anything from Lowe’s ever again. Update as of 9/13 — two months!!!! Two months later and we STILL do not have a dishwasher installed. It’s been problem after problem and I’ve yet to hear from the claims dept about the damage to my floors. The deals aren’t worth it. Stay away!
Went here for paint today. P. Ashton was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered and what would be best suited for my project. We were assisted very quickly and were able to be in and out.
I placed an order on Sunday and they told me I could get it on Monday but I told them I was working Monday and I needed it Tuesday and it's an exchange for a defective washer that I purchased. So then Monday night I get an email saying that they changed my delivery to Thursday for some reason. But since I can't be home on Thursday, and online it says if I order it new I can get it on Wednesday, now they're telling me I can't get it on Wednesday and I have to wait another week. So this is my fault? These people are horrible. Horrible customer service.
We’re at this Lowe’s constantly and I’ve never seen a location that is so unorganized. It takes a walk around the store to attempt to find someone to help, and this happens every single time. Last night, one of the employees was visibly annoyed that I needed help. It’s such a constant issue it’s almost like the employees hide from the customers, tired of spending our money somewhere that we have to chase people down.
Our builder sent us in 2020 to this store to pick out our appliances for our new home. We upgraded everything we were getting to Kitchen Aid expecting quality. We moved into our new home in May 2021. We’re now scheduled for our second appliance repair in 17 months. That’s completely unacceptable. Shop local and buy from appliance stores that won’t sell you junk.
