I purchased an M3 from LRG motors a few days ago. Experience was very pleasant. Everything went quick and smooth. Ralph was very professional and responsive. Good people, good energy. I would definitely recommend LRG to my friends.
Well it started with it needed a clip for the grill and turns out it was missing all these parts. 71166-TVA-A01 71161-TVA-A01 71124-TVA-A00 71140-TVA-A00 left and right 71114-TVA-A00 71111-TVA-A50 And one fog light Doesn't work so as I’m changing all these parts I notice the fog lights harness is ripped off and tucked away and i found tape holding my grill together and the hood got repainted and the worst part is I can’t even use cruise control because it has a code called CAM DTC that requires me to take it to the dealer to recalibrate the camera to use all the features in my car, so far I’m close to 1,300 in repairs out of pocket, look at the pictures and I’m sorry to have to post this but I drove 4 hours with my 2 daughters to get this car to just get ripped off
I recently worked with Ralph from LRG motors on a purchase for a Model S that went very smooth. Good communication, professionalism, and customer service throughout the transaction. He even came and picked me up in the car I bought when I landed at the airport, which was above and beyond service. Great experience all around.
They were amazing. Ralph was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. He is very honest and didn’t try to lie about the car to get us to buy it.
The car buying experience was pleasant and they initially did a great job. However, this dealer has been completely unreliable for over two years now. I’ve contacted them five times since 2020 and they have yet to send me a part they promised to send when purchasing. I’ve left my contact information with at least 3 or 4 employees and they keep saying “we’ll get back to you soon.” Which is what you say to appease anyone questioning your lack of accountability. I’m beyond disappointed and would NEVER recommend LRG due to sheer lack of follow through and pathetic customer service.
Extremely professional staff !!! Prices are way cheaper then most dealerships writhing a fair radius. The facility is extremely clean, and the inventory is just ridiculous! Came in with as a walk in and Ralph helped me out ! Super nice guy ! Knows how to explain the car inside and out. I look back at this places bad review and laugh because it’s over petty things they even offered to help check out my wife’s car and they didn’t even sell it to me overall my experience is beyond what I expected from a small dealership
Generally it is it is difficult to give a five star review, simply because integrity seems to be waning in todays world. You will need alittle bit history to understand my rating- A yr ago, I originally went in to LRG to negotiate and test drive a car I viewed on OfferUp, A gen 1 Dodge Charger. However, when I arrived there there was a 2013 Challenger 5.7 Hemi that batted her eyelashes at me and, not being a fan of the Charger model and much more preferring the more aggressive Challenger, I found it hard to see anything else. Mind you, this was not a car of necessity, my wife and I both drive new cars,. This was a wkender, boys toy, if you will. Unfortunately, the Challenger was a little out of my price range and it seemed like I may be forced to "settle" for the Charger. I left to see what I could find elsewhere. Robert sales rep never pressured me, or hounded or even gave me the "company lines" that are accustom to the car buying experience just to get my business. In fact, he went beyond and helped me by checking Carfax and service records on other potential buys to ensure I wasn't getting bamboozled. In the end it was his business professionalism that brought me back to LRG and we were able to amicably negotiate and put me in the Challenger I wanted. Still I did not drive off. When I spied her on the floor she was new to their inventory and thus had not been readied. After new locks were ordered, replacement of a busted seat mount, fresh custom paint, "Red" did the custom Vinyl striping, "Randy", the mechanic next door detailed the engine and checked everything was new and up to date, he dipped my wheels to match aesthetics and I got the call my ride was ready!... As time passes I bring her back in for mods- A few months after purchase I brought her in and Randy installed OEM Quad Tips str8 piped exhaust sounds mean!. Next "Ralph" gave her a ceramic coating to preserve her beauty he went out of his way to work around my schedule and did this on a wkend!. Next mod will be updated tech in the console touch screen, reverse camera, sensors etc. Everything I do for my Challenger, I do through LRG and they take good care of her as well as me. I also purchased a extended warranty through LRG, which brings us to the present- Recently I learned that due to a error in procedure my warranty was not being recognized. Some mistake in the beginning of the process caused it to be voided almost a yr ago! Thankfully I caught it and of course I brought the issue right back to LRG. Ralph Mercado, same guy who did my wkend coating, without delay got down to business and within a few days I had a totally renewed warranty! Simple, with no complications. I know this has been long winded, but I tell you all this to give you a true, first hand look into the business model of LRG, their business acumen. If you dont want to deal with the slimey-grimey leeches of those typical used "stealerships", take a ride with LRG Motors. Steve owner has picked a great team of people down there. Ralph Mercado and wife Amber Mercado business associates/brokers, Randy awesome mechanic, "Red" custom aesthetics, paint crew, and many more! They have a five star review, from me, as well as others, and on Google, simply because they have earned it. Give them a chance to earn your business, you wont regret it...
LRG motors is a solid dealer definitely recommend for your next car purchase. They way how dealers are nowadays with “no haggle pricing” or “with how the market is right now” they stand out. Those are just words telling you how they’re gonna bend you over no matter what. Ralph at LRG was a straight forward guy didn’t pressure me and was negotiable on his price for the car I purchased. He was reasonable and we met on a fair price we both agreed on. He didn’t try to give me the run around or try to force me into something I didn’t want definitely recommend.
This man amazing work and always put out the best customer service forward!! He helped me get into a new car to me in no time very reliable very very good service I am proud of owning my vehicle and I’m proud of it came from him and his crew!!
Got a 2010 Volkswagen Golf, Ralph was a great help to me and made everything so easy and simple. Definitely telling my friends and family about them and forsure coming back in the future !!!!
