I recently was in the market for a used car after an unfortunate hit and run accident. Historically the worst time to buy a used car as inventory is low and shady car dealers are inflating prices because they could. To say my prayers were answered and my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. I was not pressured to purchase an extended warranty and there were no hidden fees or charges added to the purchase price which has become standard operating procedure in every dealerships sales managers office. As I live in Palm Springs , Ed asked me how I was going to pick up my new car as I was alone and in a rental . So , so impressed with,123 Car Buying, I have never I mean never in my life bought a car with no back and forth numbers. Mr. Ed Farraj, and Mr. Elie, came though for us, and so fast. Called on Thursday, for car information and what my bank approved us for and Friday Signed for car. We used to go to Mount View, but no longer we will be going only to 123 Car Buying. If you need a used car at KKB price, go there. YOU WILL WALK OUT A HAPPY PERSON. Everyone there was really nice. Also I think we found our new mechanic for our cars and for smog. Service. Bought my dream car Mercedes G63 in matte black from them and everything was as advertised. Additionally I was financed through my bank and had to work through a very slow and painful process due to my bank but Ed Imad and Elie were both very helpful and patient through the process and got me on the road with my g wagon as fast as they could. Only complaint is that they were located far from me in Upland I am in the Bay Area, so I had to fly there, but Elie was nice enough to pick me up at 7:30am in the car so I could test drive it back to their building.

These guys know their stuff. They rebuilt my Tacoma engine. It was fair and honest work. They kept me informed of progress and supply set backs. I'm happy. Photos to follow. jpk

Happy with my car purchase here at 123 car buying. Elie met with me on a day outside of their business hours so that I could look at a car I was interested in. They took care of minor issues that I had with the car without hesitation. Overall great service!

I met a very honest guy. He gives you the time to check and test drive their cars, reveals everything concerning the full price and tries to fix anything that the client dislike in their cars. Although I haven't bought the car I wanted because I wanted different color but the car was super clean and drives so well so I can give them 5 stars.
