On May 15, 2020 I submitted a $500 deposit to Jason Noren to have him fabricate and install a roll bar for my car. Originally the job was stated to be started June 1st. On that day, Jason contacted me to reschedule as he was behind in work. Jason wanted the car dropped off on the 8th of June but I told him if the car will only be sitting for 2-4 days it would be fine. On June 4th Jason took advantage of my car being at Best Motor Werks which was waiting for him to take it and left the car across the street, June 10th I picked up the car from Best Motor Werks as Jason had not taken the car. On July 17th 2020 I dropped off the car and after a week of nothing being done I picked up the car as I could no longer be without my car. On November 12th 2020 I gave him another chance requesting availability for December 2020, he stated he forgot about the job and said he could get it done I reached out again for a time slot on November 20th to no response. As time had passed by I ordered a cage from RPM rollbar with hopes that it would help Jason get it done quicker since he wouldn't have to make oe. The car was dropped off January 7, 2021 to have the roll bar installed which nothing was done. On the 11th of January I reached out for an update and had no response. Then on January 18th I informed Jason that since he had my car sitting for two weeks with nothing done and that I would need my money back. He tried to make excuses and informed me the car and parts were dropped on January 18th over at Best Motor Werks he stated he will also bring my money; however, he did not bring me my money. On January 19th & 27th, and February 4th I asked about my money to no response with me then telling him that if he doesn’t give me my money I will be forced to contact the authorities to which he responded "ok."
