Never wanted to buy a Mercedes just based on maintenance and repair cost. I was told about this place from a friend who assured me this place was beyond reasonable pricing and doesn't repair anything that doesn't need to be. Bought my first Benz last year and this shop has made everything so much easier and reassuring when I feel it may need something. I get an honest recommendation and what I don't need to worry about till I bring it in next time he'll look at it again and see how it's holding up. He doesn't charge me a lot of things a lot of places would charge just to look at. Truly a great establishment with honest work.

First impressions are very important. The easiest impression is to follow through with a promise to return a call with a quote. This business is either very busy and can afford to forget me or they are very absent-minded and not meriting touching my vehicle. I called on a Saturday and asked for a quote. I was promised a return call. I did not get a call. I called again on Monday afternoon and reminded the person that I did not get a quote. I was told that he had it in his notes but had forgotten. I was told he would call me back because he was at lunch. Tic toc, it's Wednesday evening and no call. If a business cannot follow through with something as easy and simple as a return call with a quote--a reflection of attention to detail and basic customer service--how can I possibly trust them with attention to detail on a Mercedes-Benz? I took my business elsewhere.
You can't find a more honest repair shop. These guys are #1 in all aspects of car service experience.
