The Soho store is what you would expect, but Richard downstairs in the men's department is exceptional. He "got me" right away, and assembled a whole collection for me to try on. I bought it all. Go for Richard alone. 😊

This store is supposedly the flagship location. Was quite disappointed with their selection of shoes or any items in particular. It had no makings of the flagship store and the selection was limited. I prefer the Colombus Central Location and even the outlet is better. As an avid fan of lucky brand will not be coming to this location any longer.
