Been here a dozen times over the past few years and have never experienced bad service. Wish I could buy out their shoes every season...

I had the worst customer service experience of recent memory. I do quite a bit of shopping in the Soho area and have never been so completely ignored and inadequately serviced. One of the two women working here spent most of her time chatting with a friend while the other sales representative ignored me entirely. While I politely waited to see if they had a clog in my size this women talked fervourishly about a product No. 6 does not even sell! I was totally confused and annoyed to hear about her love of her own backpack, all the time, with her back to me. Everyone who works here, on Sunday, should be fired. If you do not want to sell your own stores products you should go work for a different store. I would highly recommend not shopping here, ever.

Love this little boutique for the products they sell. The clogs are why I went and are the best shoes I've owned in years. Unique modern clothing as well as accessories. As for customer service experience: Saskia helped me and was so great and sweet so I felt very helped out with her around. Would probably only work with her. The other customers also very friendly to talk to. For the bad: Most of the customer service is horrible. The other women look miserable and could care less about you at all. The dark skinned lady with a French accent is probably the worst. Incredibly rude, dismissive, and made me uncomfortable the entire time, stares at you like you are annoying, beneath her, and she wants you to leave so she can. She should not be in customer service at all. As someone who is in retail management myself the behavior was intolerable especially when you are selling high end products. If it wasn't for the young lady helping me I'd have left without anything.

I love their boots however the last few times I've been in have been less than pleasant experiences with the staff.
