Lana is amazing, an expert, utmost patience and just a beautiful Woman! She altered a Betsy Robinson dress for my daughter. Lana turned the three layered slip with train into a pencil dress under the lace, took in the top/back of dress & bustled.The dress fit like a glove, and made my baby’s vision come to life. I had a last minute request to have alterations done to my dress 6 days before My friends wedding. Other local stores told me no as they were super busy with prom and wedding dresses. LANA said yes and my dress was ready and fitted perfectly. She had to trim the bottom and tighten the waist area!

Lana is simply the best! If she can’t do it, no one can . She did the alterations for my 2 dresses for my kids’ weddings!! They turned out beautifully!! Very pleased with her work & I highly recommend her!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Lana is seriously a miracle worker!! I brought 2 bridesmaids dresses to her shop that I needed altered as I ordered them before I got pregnant and they needed a lot of work to fit my ever changing body. Not only did she make them fit me perfectly but she had them both ready in a week. Would definitely recommend going to her :

I had a very bad experience for my second time as a customer with Lana. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30am and arrived fifteen min early. I had no problem waiting and was instructed to proceed to the changing room. At this time there were 2 other customers being serviced. As I patiently waited in the dressing room fully dressed in my gown and heels, 35 min passed more than 30min past my appointment time and I was not even acknowledged. I visibly see and hear other patrons coming and getting serviced, but not me. Eventually, Lana made eye contact and noted she would be with me not even an apology on wait time. A few min later, I was serviced and told that my alterations were not able to be completed. Lana, spent very little time assessing my needs and more time with her other customers ensuring their satisfaction. I plan on not returning to this location again.
