ZIPS Dry Cleaners - Pikesville

Completely unacceptable! I dropped my clothes off on Friday before nine expecting to get them back the same day, however I was informed that due to an in-house issue the clothes would be ready Saturday after 5 pm. He stated they closed at 7 pm on Saturday. I arrived Saturday at 5:30 pm and they were closed. I told the guy when I dropped the clothes off that I needed these suits for Sunday. I do not have the suits. I am livid!!Services: Clothes pressing

If I could give them zero Stars, I would. They are supposed to close at 7 pm. I got there at six, and they were not open. I go the next day, and only half my order is ready. The pants have a crease on the back of my son's Khakis off to the side because they did not align the pants correctly when pressing. I will never use Zips again.Service: Dry cleaning

The employees are friendly. The dry cleaning came back with lint all over and pants pressed on the side seem instead of the front! The other jackets were not pressed well and the pants had all sorts of creases. Although they agreed the job was done poorly and redid the pressing, it still came out not fit to be worn. Also lost a suit button.

Late opening again and again!!!! Every time I drop off of my clothing this place does not open on time. I constantly have to wait… And she walks to open doors like there’s no hurry and there’s no issue. Unfortunately, this is the only zip cleaners in the area so you have no competition and don’t seem to care about an employee that opens your store late every single day.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Terrible service. I dropped my clothes to be dry cleaned, the staff does not say hello or greet customers. They are rude. I picked-up my clothes and staff again did speak when o said hello. When I received my clothes, the cashier said, “that’s it.” Not thank you or any customer service at all - it was as if I was bothering them. On top of just being rude, the cleaners lost the belt to my dress. They never answer the phone. I will never use Zips again. Prior to the pandemic, this was the only place I took my clothes to for six years. First time since the pandemic getting clothes dry cleaned and I will never use Zips again.

First and last time using this place. I dropped my clothes off and they came back smelling like I just wore them and damaged. These were all brand new clothes.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

First, they had lost my shirts. When I finally got them 2 of them Were completely ruined with some sort of ink stain or something and the others that were dry cleaned were not even pressed. Not only are you wasting your money here, but there is a 50/50 chance they will destroy your clothing. You are much better off spending acouple extra bucks else where. I learned that the hard way

I have had very good experiences with Zips. I just wish they did all types sniffles like my sequins outfits and leather. They are fast and professional.Services: Comforter cleaning

I have been going to Cleaners for over 30 years. I went to zips on Reisterstown Road and dropped off my cleaning. When I return I was missing five golf shirts. I was not aware that I was missing five shirts until an employee told me to come back the next day and pick up the five items. So I came back to pick up the five golf shirts and no one knew what I was talking about. Finally the manager who's name was Ishmail came out and told me I would need to wait 30 days to get my shirts or if gnat by then they will refund me the difference . I waited 30 days The shirts were not returned to me and the manager told me that I was lying about the shirts. I really didn't even want any money back I really wanted my golf shirts however I was insulted so bad the manager told me that the shirts had to be at my house because they did not have it I know where something is in my house I have been going to the cleaners for years I am 54 years old I don't need anybody telling me what is in my house because I know what I bought to the cleaners what I bought to the cleaners I did not receive back. The service of this young man was so insulting and terrible now I am going to pursue this with the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and I want my money back in an apology the shirts that I had were excellent golf shirts that I got from different golf courses I play across the country I cannot replace them but I will not be insulted anymore about a business and now as a matter of fact they lost a great client who has been doing business with them for over a year over five golf shirt I would not recommend doing business with this place at all

Did a great job with my two suits and two shirts and they were ready the next day.
