Prices are a bit high but seemingly fair. I loved all the rolls we got which were two flights, first the lukes trio and the seasonal flight. My favorite was the lemon butter lobster roll seasonal followed by the original lobster roll. The crab roll was a cheap but very good alternative to the lobster roll as it had tons of crab in it and good flavor. I love how they show on the wall where their seafood is coming from that day! The idea of having flights is so great! My fiance had never had a lobster roll and was excited to try them all! We also got the clam chowder but it was nothing to write home about. Too thin for my liking and the clam was very chewy. The second photo with my dog was the warm butter lobster roll 6 ounces. It was also very good! I love warm lobster rolls especially in winter!
Pleased to have eaten here and tried a good selection of seafood! We got gluten free bread with our rolls so you might want to call ahead and see if they have any available to avoid any mishaps. It was REAL good. DELICIOUS. Worth visiting for sure, safe for gluten free eaters!
So so so good. I tried the lobster roll and clam chowder. Excellent! But make sure you screen through the entire menu, I didn’t know that they have other flavours like hot honey, etc. lol, I was so quick when ordering. I would definitely come back to try other flavours when back to Boston.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: No
This was the third lobster roll I tried in Boston, and it was the best. I didn’t expect to enjoy my meal from a chain as much as the smaller restaurants on the water, but the food tasted fresher and the trio was a filling way to sample three different items. It was also the least expensive lobster roll we had in Boston. I’d gladly return again.
Really great quality food. The crab roll was so fresh and equally as good as the lobster roll. I tried a few spots for lobster on my trip to Boston, and Luke’s takes the trophy. It’s very expensive, but what can you expect for lobster in downtown Boston! Awesome low key spot with very fresh seafood.
I’ve been living in Boston for years and the Luke’s Lobster is still my favorite! Both lobster and crab roll are absolutely delicious, service was nice and quick, I’ve tried the new spicy mala lobster roll and was amazing, highly recommended!
I try lobster, shrimp and crab roll plus the chowder.. Amazingly, from the first bite it is so satisfying.. the freshness of the lobster, shrimp and crab eventhough they are cold... the crisp of the bread.. the chowder is warm n delicious... all are so yummy
You must try lobster rolls here if you are visiting Boston! I was lucky to be there by chance in my last day. I had the trio and it was really delicious. The price is just a little high.
Fire time to go to Boston and heard that the lobster is so fresh and a must eat item in Boston and so I give it a try! I’m so happy to found this restaurant, my colleague went to a different one the bread itself is so thick but Luke’s one is just nice size , with warm butter n 4ozto me it’s a lot actually lobster meat, every bite is like heaven and you won’t have a single bite without meat cuz there are a lot! I bought a combo with chowder clam soup, the soup is so nice too! Creamy, with a lot a lot a lot of clams meat, hot enough, so perfect to have it under the 0 degree weather! Plus the staff there is so helpful and humble, hope I can go there again!
The truffle butter lobster roll warmed up is to DIE FOR. and the staff are so nice, she was so sweet on the phone helping me figure out what i needed, which ended up being a take-home DIY Lobster roll kit i could bring back on a plane that day for my husband. 10/10 will be back love this place
