Best car buying experience ever. Jared was a pleasure to deal with. I came over from Bend and it was such a quick and easy process. I am definitely getting my next vehicle from them.
Just recently purchased a 95 Corvette from Lulay’s and couldn’t be happier! I was buying from out of state so was nervous about buying a car I wouldn’t be able to see or test drive myself, but Matt was great in going through all my questions thoroughly and sending detailed videos of the car. I was assured the car was in mint condition and when it arrived I was impressed at how nicely it was maintained. Matt was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and would recommend this dealer for future purchases.
Best car buying experience I ever had, Jared was so helpful, kind, and overall awesome!!! I recommend this dealership if anyone is looking to buy good cars! I live in California and they were able to make this happen from 717 miles away!
I have never been compelled to write a review about anything until now. I am 64 and have bought and sold more cars than I care to admit. I never thought I would use the words Awesome Deal in the context of any car purchase, let alone a used car. I started my deal with Matt and Jared finished it up. Both of them treated me with respect, trust and fairness! Matt didn't even drive my trade-in he said he trusted me when I told him there was not any issues with my car! He also gave me a very fair and higher offer than I expected! Kind of threw me for a loop, a car salesman that trusted me! That left me with no choice but to trust him. That trust paid of in spades. He said my car would be ready on Friday, I said can I come down and get it on Saturday. He said no problem, I even offered to give him some cash to hold it........Matt and Jared"s response we don't need a deposit....we trust you! When we picked up the car Jared said he had numerous calls several from the same guy....his answer was the car is sold to everyone that inquired. Our beautiful Corvette was polished and shined like the diamond it is. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR CORVETTE!!!! I don't know what Don Lulay pays these guys.....but whatever it is....it is not enough!!!!!! They both make Lulay"s Car Connection one of the best in the Northwest!!!!!!!! Thanks Again Guys!!!!!
These guys had four Corvettes that me and a friend were interested in buying two of them. We emailed ahead and asked for information. Jarrod was very nice and gave us some info. We then made an arrangement to see the cars on a Saturday. We arrived on Saturday, first thing. Matt was very unwelcoming and made sure to let us know we should have made an appointment, even though we emailed. We would have shown up at a specified time had the email asked us to. But we brushed that off and we patiently waited outside for the appointment to be over. After some time we went inside to make sure Matt knew we were still here. We sill waited because we knew he was still dealing with his appointment. No big deal. After waiting for about 30 minutes and being the only individuals on the lot we decided that we would go inside and ask if we should come back. Matt acted clueless, even though we had talked to him twice already. Matt was then very pushy about an a credit app and was insulting about the quality of trad-in. Finally, after being ghosted about the final details on purchasing one of these cars, we decided to go to MS Motors, and they have been great so far. They are actually letting us buy a car.
I bought a used Audi at Lulay's for my daughter. It had a couple of issues and I worked those getting fixed into my offer. The purchasing process was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced from a dealer. Even though the repair to the car cost alot more then they thought, they honored their agreement and the car was repaired. They were very good to me and my daughter is very happy with her car. I would buy another car from them again.
I SAW, I DROVE, I BOUGHT. Easiest car buying experience ever! I began online at Lulay’s very comprehensive and user-friendly website. They provide much more information about their inventory than any of the other dealers I checked. After identifying three vehicles, I went to their lot and was introduced to Jared who asked very relevant questions to help direct me – he even cautioned me about a higher priced vehicle a Land Rover I had interest in due to its lesser reliability and more expensive repairs should they become necessary. I am a utilitarian car buyer for whom reliability and value are most important and Jared demonstrated genuine integrity making my decision easier. There was no pressure and I was satisfied with their asking price and very pleased not to spend hours playing car buying charades like I’ve come to expect when buying from other dealers. It was so stress-free, I could have bought a half dozen cars in the time it took to buy one at another dealer in January. Well done Lulay’s!
There is 1 issue that held me back from giving Lulay's a 5-star review. As much as I wanted to give a 5-star review, I would think that for how long they've been in business that they would know better to sell a vehicle with locking hubs and not provide the key. Just a few days of purchase, I noticed the truck with a flat tire parked at home. So what do I do? I immediately remove the spare, jack up the truck and attempt to remove the lug nuts when I noticed one of them to be a locking lug. After 10 minutes of looking inside and out for the key, it was nowhere to be found. Nor did Lulay's have a clue where it was. So after all that work I let the truck down, put the spare back under the bed and inflated the tire to drive it down to the nearest Schwabs. This resulted in me taking unwanted time off work and some frustration. I'm just glad the flat did not occur with my family in the truck when I was in Portland the day prior. As for my reasons providing Lulay's with 4 stars: 1-Customer service, 2-No sales pressure, 3-Quality pre-owned vehicles, and 4-Their vehicles are purchased locally and not from out of state. I would think for their reputation and business history that they would know better to not sell a vehicle without knowing if there is a key for locking lug nuts. I feel that I am being nice enough to give them 4 stars even though I felt like giving them 1 on the day this issue occurred.
We have now purchased two cars at Lulay's. Both experiences were great, how buying a car should be. Both Jared and Matt treat their clients with respect and honesty. There are no high pressure sales tactics, and none of the frustrating "run around'" you find at other car dealers. We'll be back in the future when we are ready for another car purchase!
Don’t waste your time. 3rd time I stopped, I was interested in 2 cars. I for me and one for my grandson. Each time, nothing! No one will come talk to you. Today I got a ride so I could buy a car for me. We were in our Corvette, previous I was in my mustang and 1st in my truck. Did I look not worthy to make a purchase or discriminate because I am a woman. Man1 saw up lull up and just walked in to the showroom. Tried to motion for assistance, nothing. Walked around motioned several times. 2 men just stood in the showroom window watching, made no effort ti assist. I was cold i between rain showers. Do you think I was just looking in the cold. After 15 minutes I left. You also have a Vette my either in law wanted me to check on. Could have sold cars possible a 3rd. Will never stop again and will be sure everyone knows to not waste their time. It is a joke lot I guess that has no interesting in selling cars.
