The lady of the desk claimed to know about the caster strength of that diameter bolt, she was incorrect. When I let her know that home Depot have them and a higher in tensile strength she claimed that nowhere in the country would certify that and yada yada yada when showing her the ad for the HDX caster she said it wasn't real I'm home depot's own website. I'd give less Stars if it would allow me and still be able to leave a review

The only place to buy casters!!!!

I've been coming to Luna Caster for well over 10 years. Even back when they were down off 7th Street previous location. There are several reasons to goto Luna Caster: 1 They have everything, seriously! If it has or needs or could use wheels, they have 'em. 2 They've been in the business a long time, seen everything and KNOW how to fix it or add wheels. 3 They may not be the cheapest, but consider driving around to 2 or 3 other places and the gas $$$ you will waste. Luna will have what you need and you don't need to waste time and money. My latest trip involved getting new casters for my Rubbermaid mop bucket. Walked in to Luna, they saw the bucket and pointed me to the casters I needed. But it wasn't that simple... I also need the sleeves for the casters to properly fit. You bet, they had those too. But it wasn't that simple... because my mop bucket was an older model they needed to custom fit the sleeves before the casters would fit. They fit the sleeves to the bucket and the casters slipped in with no problems. No extra charges, just great service. There is NO way you would get that at a big box store and think about the time and money wasted driving around. Don't forget to bring your kids, seriously. They have tons of cool tires and wheels they can check out.

They have a great caster selection and are able to find/order anything you need. I challenged them and they found my casters
