Jerome was the most down-to-earth, honest car salesman I've ever worked with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and kept me in my budget. I got a more than fair value for my trade-in. In the matter of only a few hours I was leaving the lot with my new car. Dan, the General Manager, was very approachable and extremely helpful. Don, the Business/Finance representative was very thorough with explaining my options but was not pushy at all. I will 100% recommend this dealership and Jerome in particular to my friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work!!

Went in with the intention of looking at and purchasing a different vehicle. No pressure to look at anything else. We were given the keys to what we requested to test drive. We then looked around a bit more and ended up finding something I liked more and was in my price range. They grabbed the keys and let me take it for a spin. I decided to purchase that vehicle and they did not once try to get me to choose one with more features and a higher price tag. They also didn't try to sell me any additional warranties or nonsense. They also gave me a deal because the vehicle was used as a demo vehicle. It was a very quick and painless process and I felt like they really listened to me. I am super happy with my purchase and their prices were far better than anything else in the area! I will highly recommend them to anyone. We have also dealt with their service department in the past and they were excellent at taking care of an issue caused by another dealership.

I cannot say enough great things about the Lupient Kia of Milwaukee. I felt such a humble and honest energy when I walked into the dealership. When I met Marvin and Chaun I understood why that was. They were so knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me choose the one that would fit my criteria and budget. I’ve bought a few cars in my lifetime And I will say that I’ve finally experienced something that stood out from the rest. Everything was so smooth and informative including the financing of the car. Kia Lupient is the only dealership where we’ve had a negative experience. They have had poor communication countless phone calls/texts not returned and did not deliver on their promises. This dealership is full of excuses, rather than owning their bad service and trying to make it right Just read their responses to all of the negative reviews- all excuses or deflecting the blame, but no efforts to compensate or make things right. We ordered a vehicle and were told 3 months to delivery would be “the latest, worse case scenario”. It’s been 4 months, and no vehicle. Supposedly we should have it after 6-7 months, but we’ve been fed so many excuses already that it’s hard to believe. They will likely post a response about how “unprecedented” the demand was and how the factory picking up the order was “out of their control”. They won’t own this as their error. Bottom line, don’t make guarantees and promises if you can’t stand by them or aren’t willing to make things right. Since we were able to get a good deal on the sale of our former vehicle, we took advantage, knowing we had the ability to borrow a vehicle until well after the promised delivery date. Now we are without our new vehicle and will have to pay to rent another vehicle for several months. We are reasonable people and understand mistakes happen. If we’d been told the honest truth from the get-go and the dealership had compensated us for their mistake, we’d have left a positive review and considered them for future business. Instead, we plan to share this experience with anyone looking for a vehicle, in hopes they find better service elsewhere.

By far was this dealership the best we have ever worked with! Fair and honest pricing up front! This dealership will be our go to store from this point forward! Gary was our sales person and if you want a friendly, honest, down to earth guy... He is the one! We all know pressure sales SUCKS, while this dealership isn't about that they apply some pressure in the right way! They worked a great deal for us and got us on our way! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SHOP HERE BEFORE GOING TO RUSS DARROW!!!!! You will not regret it. When you get to finance be ready for great conversation. There was no pressure here for us either. The buying process was excellent, all thanks and a big shout to "Gary". Gary is a person to look for. The way he handled the whole process was awesome. We had a very nice experience. We do recommend this dealership with respect to Price, customer satisfaction and that personal touch. It would really make you feel special. 5 stars.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive. From the manager Dan, sale execs Marvin and Jerome, finance manager DC, to other employees throughout the building, I was treated with respect and kindness. Everyone helped each other to give me a most pleasurable buying experience regardless of who was getting the commission check. I never had the feeling of being pressured to buy more add-ons or services I didn’t need. I also feel the price I paid was better than I would have been charged at the other Kia dealers in the area Thanks to all of you.

I am very pleased with the level of service I received at Lupient Kia. From Marquis and Donna in sales, Scott and Mike in service, they've all been wonderful. Great customer service. Great communication. They truly look out for the customer and do what's best for them. I usually dread dealing with car dealerships, but they've all been an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.

Words cannot express the outstanding experience in getting a new vehicle with Marvin, Donald and the team. There is no one that measures up to the Lupient Kia customer service code- they hold the bar very very high. Patient, kind and no salesman pressure - full transparency and honesty throughout the process. I wish i could buy a new car every week just to be around so much goodness!
