found out our favorite lush employee no longer works there, the kids was so sad, and frankly so is my wife and myself! The shop felt less vibrant, a little cold, and robotic for what we spend there. the worker who helped us kept pushing, not at all genuine, Or listening when we said we were frequent there, she seemed bothered by us especially the kids, not at all what we grown to love about this specific Lush. Amazing products, slightly more than what you may want to spend, worth it in the end. Sadly customer service is now like any other shop, it loss it’s appeal!
I have gone into this location many of times and every time I visit the staff is very helpful and kind! They even helped me to find the products I was looking for in their holiday collection like the Lord of Misrule bath bomb and introduced me to the Lord of Misrule candle. Will definitely be going back for Christmas shopping!
I absolutely LOVE coming here! Tasha, Katie, and Emily are amazing and fun! They are so very helpful, kind, informative, and all around lovely ladies. We have a great time with every visit and I'm so appreciative of them. They are true to their word and just make you feel comfortable with each interaction. Thank you so much! We will see you soon.
I love the natural products from this store. My mask and pregnancy are doing a number on my face... I need to get more facial scrub and moisturizer. I called to see how they were doing business if only taking orders or in-store pickup. I was told that you can go there to get what you need but there is no in-store shopping. Your best bet is to order online and pick it up at the store.
Ladies were super nice and helpful i came in early morning and it was a fantastic time.
First time at the mall since the pandemic-needed a special gift. I appreciated the option to wash my hands instead of put on MORE hand sanitizer; and then got to take my adorable sliver of soap with me. Everyone at the store is kind and helpful. Good people, wonderful product, LOVE this store.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Instead of telling us there was a line to get into the store, 3 employees were standing at the front goofing off and talking to one another. We tried to walk in to shop, and snapped on us. Telling us there was a line. I understand restrictions because of Covid, and social distancing. But instead of standing there, ignoring us… actually speak up! Never again
LOVE this store! The products here are made with natural ingredients by actual people. The staff is knowledgeable about which products & ingredients will help your skin and hair. They'll take the time to listen to any issues you may be having with your hair & skin so that they can suggest the best products for you. Not only that but they allow you to try said products to see if they're right for you. Often times they'll let you take home a sample. The bath bombs, body butter & bars are awesome! They're worth every penny. Go give it a try!

This individual location especially is just amazing!!! The staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. They do lots of demonstrations, give hige samples, and have a really good selection! Staff were avle to ansaer all of my questions and gave me some samples to!
