Took my wife and daughter here to shop, my wife was made to feel uncomfortable while shopping because one worker kept watching her the whole time. As far as the cosmetics go, she is very pleased with what she purchased. But I believe customer service may need some sensitivity training

Always a good experience. Honestly, this was probably the most friendly with everyone want to help. Thanks for that. It's the busiest store so they are usually out of things quickly, so head to 202 or Dover if you want to make sure it's here, check the app. Love Ulta

I love browsing this store, so much to see and try out. They always have my favorites in stock.

The only downside to this store is its so small and super busy. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and I've always got a great haircut from the salon though.

Need more diversity within the Staff. Was looking for assistance to match foundation. It was clear Staff had no experience matching foundations with darker tones

I felt totally ignored. I was looking for something specific and not only did people not ask if they could help but when I tried to get their attention they just brushed by me and went on with whatever they were doing. Not a good experience this time

There were 3 girls standing talking.When I asked for help they looked like I was bothering them.Everythung I wanted they did not have.I'll never go there again!!!Terrible customer service & even worse nothing in stock DISGRACE!!!

It's awesome beauty supply for all the women who needs to shine like Sun. The shopping environment is nice and shoppable.
