Me and my partner had an awesome experience at this Lush! Super friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable about all of their products and gave great recommendations for what we personally needed We participated in the Valentine's Day free bath bomb demo too which was super fun and the bath bomb worked great at home. My partner got some facial cleaner and shaving cream and I've got to say his face has never felt so smooth

My girls absolutely love Lush. So when we were walking around Harvard this was a must stop. The staff were extremely personable and knowledgeable. They not just answered questions, they deeply desired to help. If you are at Harvard, stop in and buy something.

Amazing customer service! My friend Jane and I had very specific needs and the manager, Chelsea, was very helpful in offering products that met our needs! We were given a demonstration and sample, as well as thorough explanations of the different products properties. Good vibes all around!!

The staff at this Lush are so sweet! I stopped by to pick up an item and found that they had just closed. I was going to come back another day, but the employees said I could come in quickly since they still had customers inside. It really made my evening and has ensured a customer for life!

Excellent store, helpful and friendly staff. All products ethically sourced, all vegetarian and many vegan clearly labeled. My teenage son really loved this place and bought several items, he noted having spent more time there than in any other store so far during his visit to the area. Could do some slight accessibility improvements, eg no automatic door, and for larger wheelchairs or those who have difficulty around tight corners it may be challenging to navigate around the static pillars in the center of the space. Staff has done their absolute best and were wonderful to meet. Very LGBT+ friendly/supportive also.

I love lush. Good products for a delicate temperamental skin. I get the face masks which are amazing. Use them twice a week and feel your face thank you. Warning they sell out fast. I also love their shower products and their bath bombs are so luxurious. The service here is so helpful and they are willing to give samples.

Amazing, addictive bath/shower products, skincare, and an ever-changing array of other handmade cosmetics. Don't hesitate to ask for samples! A word of caution if you are sensitive to scents: you might find it too overwhelming to stay in the store very long.

As a chronic insomniac, I came in search of their Sleepy lotion, which I'd heard had magical powers that would put me to sleep. It was pricey, at $20 for 7 ounces, but I figured it was worth it. It unfortunately did not work, but it was soothing, smoothing, creamy, and smells amazing, so I kept it anyway. I also bought a pumice soap for my chapped heels, and it solved the problem in one use. The salespeople are sweet and knowledgeable, and everything smells so pretty.

Convenient location. Love their bath bombs and solid shampoos. On the expensive side, but fun to get things from here once in a while. Most of their products are not in packaging, and they are very fragrant -- so the smell in the store is powerful as soon as you walk in but it's a good smell. They usually give you a small sample of a product to take home when you make a purchase.
