Visiting Origins was a wonderful experience thanks to Rose, Elizabeth, and another kind store representative a young woman with glasses working with Elizabeth. Rose was so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect gift set for my manager and suggested that I utilize the free Origins shipping when I was ready to complete my purchase. A few days later, I came back, and was greeted with so much warmth by Elizabeth and her co-worker. They both made sure that everything was a smooth process for me to ship out my items and even helped to consult me on other gifts. They put my mind at ease by being so detail-oriented and thorough, and they were also so wonderful in giving us free samples of some products that we were interested in. Both my experiences were so pleasant, positive, and smooth thanks to them. Origins is lucky to have them represent their brand!
