Lynchburg Pawn Shop Inc.

I have been in there a few times but haven't dealt with them. Seems like most things are priced at more than what you can get them for new. For example, the other day I saw a Dewalt drill with charger and one battery obviously used on the shelf for $150. You can buy this drill with two batteries brand new at any Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. for $99. I don't know how they stay in business. I talked to the old guy at the counter about buying some gold and he tried to rip me off for $200/ounce less than spot, telling me that's all it's worth. You can sell online to any vendor for around spot minus $20. I don't know if they are idiots or they think their customers are; I suspect the latter. I wouldn't even think of going to them with something I wasn't sure of the value of.

Bought from them online and asked to see if I could update shipping to overnight so I could get in time for Christmas and they were quick and courteous to help me out.in no time they expedited my order and shipped out almost immediately ! Thanks again for all your help and amazing customer care!!

I agree with every negative comment here. Rude customer service. They care all about money and are very ambitious instead of quality assurance and having the customer come back. Their warranty policy sucks by the way. I won't say "don't go there" but do see for yourself. Just be careful! All I have to say.

Very Disrespectful Owner at this pawn shop My 16 year old sister bought a ps3 yesterday Tuesday Oct 3 2017 around 3pm She was given a system with a Controller and charger cord that didnt work(Was For A Cell phone) .Long story Short My Father and sister Returned and before entering they talked to the owner who politely spoke we mentioned our problem opinion ect ect not only was he rude But He Also told My 70 year old father That he should take care of children better which By The way This Owner has No Children Very Disrespectful i hope he knows he said that his harsh words were spoke to a 70 yr old retired vet of The Usmc Who Not Only Takes Care of his Kids But Took Care of the soil He Put His Pawn shop On Too! No Stars At all 4 You!

The people are very friendly and they price their products fairly, I enjoy coming here and doing business with them.
