Riverside Pawn & Jewelry

Never have any problems with them , and I can always get what I need when I do need to paw something. Never had any issues returning anything as long as it's within the time frame that is on the receipt. Always friendly customer service and the only pawn shop in town that I will deal with or send anyone too.

It took them forever to give my stolen bike back even with the police there. Very unprofessional.

First I went to the Riverside Drive store to buy tools for a new job. Not one person offered to help me and the tool section was a complete mess. It was impossible to see what they actually have. So I left and want around Danville to other pawn shops. I ended up at the Riverside Pawn on Piney First and they were 100% better. The two men there were very nice, helpful, and professional. I ended up buying about $200 worth of tools from them. The store on Riverside Drive should be more like the one on Piney Forest.

Purchased an air conditioner from them, was not offered nor informed of an extended warranty and then hung up on. when I tried to explain this to the manager.
