We popped into this lot for a specific vehicle, that sadly had already sold. It was myself, my young daughter and her friend. They treated us like gold , even though we were walking away. They explained warranties, gave us a Card and refused to take our number as they do NOT do business in a typical dealer stalking fashion. Ultimately, we ended up back on their lot because my daughter "was feeling their vibe" .She test drove 3 vehicles without hassle. My daughter found her love at 19 years old. They explained every little detail of paperwork, and then every little detail of the vehicle. She walked away extremly comfortable with her decision! They made us laugh, made us think and treated us like family. These people are the BEST in the area. We've purchased 4 cars in the area, and wish I had found them long before ! Great car-buying experience with the guys at Lynnhaven Motor Company. Their inventory is comprised of a good variety of vehicles, and they seem to be highly-selective in the acquisition process so as to only sell quality, reliable, clean cars. As well, they go over them mechanically so that, as a buyer, I know that the car’s solid. My daughter & I drove over from Richmond so I could help her buy her first car that she would purchase on her own. The Lynnhaven Motors team was friendly, professional, and responsive such that the experience was a pleasure, and, as a dad, I can have confidence that my daughter’s driving a vehicle that’s going to take care of her. This is by far our best car buying experience ever. Very laid back sales approach. We had been to another place in town and ultimately their sales approach is what turned us off and had us returning to Lynnhaven Motor Company for our purchase. They encouraged us to have our mechanic to check the two vehicles we were interested in. Since our mechanic was a couple of blocks down the road from them we live about 20 minutes away, they offered to drive the cars to the appointments for us so we wouldn’t have to make extra trips. We highly recommend them for your next car purchase!

I am a retired military dad who just purchased my third car from John and his team. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt it was important to share that I trust John. He carefully selects his cars and prices them fairly. If you have an issue, he will solve it fairly. My son is a new Marine and I brought him home so he could buy his first car from Lynnhaven. We’ve all been to those dealerships where you knew you were just a target for a sale and they would tell you anything. John and his team are straight shooters and won’t pressure you. I’ll buy my next car from them because I trust them. That goes a very long way.

Amazing dealership! I'm a first time car buyer and everyone was very patient and helpful finding me the car I needed. All the vehicles on the lot were well detailed and priced fairly. When I saw rust on the bottom of a Wrangler I was looking at, I came back the next day and they cleaned up and added a protective coating to prevent the rust from spreading further through the vehicle. Would definitely buy my next vehicle from them again!

Hi family! I recently purchased a car from a previous dealership and unfortunately had to return it because I never received the title and had the car for 8 months and no title after paying them in full from the first day I got the car. This time I learned my lesson. I've been on a thorough search for another car and came across your sight. Read all the reviews and I knew this is the place I want to purchase a car from! This place has high reviews for a reason!!! I've recently researched alot of cars and dealerships... due to the reviews here on Google and some of the car sites, I decided to test them out. With that being said, If you want a quality used car with low miles I think all of the cars they had where under 30,000 miles! without being hassled, this should be your first stop! I purchased a 2016 Subaru Limited and I couldn't find a the same car that even came close to the price, condition or the low miles I looked all the way up to Richmond. I purchased 2 vehicles from a big dealership when I moved out here... they just wanted my money and to be on my way. You will not find that here! I will be returning in a few years when my kids get their licenses!!!
