They provided me with all the information I needed about the vehicles I was interested in without any pressure and helped me find a perfect car. The negotiation process was transparent, and I felt I got a fair deal. Overall, a top-notch dealership with a friendly and professional team. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a car at a good price.

We recently purchased a vehicle and was able to work with Maria. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with any information we requested. She also handled getting our license plates and making sure the car was registered properly. Prior to going there, I read all of the reviews and there is a reason why they have so many five star reviews. I would highly recommend going to Prime Auto Sales and working with Maria if you’re looking to purchase a car.

I thought I did my research this place had decent reviews so I purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax from this place in March. The process went smooth the sales lady was very nice. A week later the check engine light came on in which i had a 30 day warranty . I took it back up there and they said it was the O2 sensor which they replaced. In April the overheating light started blinking and i took it to auto zone they recommended coolant. In June the car starts smoking and broke down. Took it to a mechanic and was told it the engine . Called this dealership to explain and was told there’s nothing they could do because the warranty was up . I asked if they could do anything even trade the car back in they responded they don’t do trade ins . After a couple days of back and forth and going up there they recommended their mechanic . Their mechanic took 3 months to fix the vehicle with the price changing several times . Finally got the car back that i had not had for 3 months and making payments and a week later it’s broken down again . I dont recommend this place , i would never buy another car from here ever ! Edit to respond- If this was a quality vehicle the engine shouldnt have been overheating after 1 month. I took it to an auto shop , not your mechanic who said it was the engine and quoted an outrageous price which in turn i reached out to you all and was recommended your mechanic who didnt even communicate all the things you mentioned while he did mentioned he rebuilt the engine twice BUT he had the car 3 MONTHS and its claimed to be fixed and it was picked up less than 2 weeks ago and it’s already broke down again so even though all those things were claimed to be damaged while driving hot it was supposed to be fixed and it’s not . I spent 2600 total for repairs im still without vehicle AGAIN and was denied a receipt.

I had 10-12 BMW's on "my list" to look at over next few weeks, seen a few already, met Anya? Who showed me this 07 328i with 79K miles on it. Then I had some concerns/questions, then Dimitri? Came over and reassured me, and even gave me extra things I did not ask for, to ease my concerns. I couldn't believe such a good deal, But They seemed to be very honest and their reviews were good, so I did purchase. I took the car to Checkered for a checkup, there was a small hickup with belt pulley and Dimitri handled it immediately. I would by another BMW from them again, when it is time, and would recommend PRIME to anyone. No muss, no Fuss, and they will work with you. Thanks again, car is running great. At 83K already LOL

This is a very small Used Auto dealer. That being said, I found the cars to be very clean and the one that I checked out was very sound. The price points for each were very reasonable. They close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:30 or slightly later but the young lady that helped me was very kind and patient. She did not pressure or harass me in any way. I asked about other cars and she was very accommodating. I believe this to be a reputable dealer who offers quality vehicles at reasonable prices.

NOT A GOOD PLACE. Paid $14,000 for a 2018 Volkswagen Passat and transmission and gear shifter had to be replaced less than 5 months after $4,000 cost, and car headlights broke because they were aftermarket and had to be replaced for $600, back door would not shut, latch had to be replaced. Don't you think we tried replacing the bulbs before bringing to VW? Yes we did, it wasn't the bulbs, it was the faulty headlights. And if a dealership tells a customer they need to grow up then do you really want to buy a car from them? $14000 loss, that's what you get for as is.

I recently bought a 2015 Cadillac XTS from the dealership and Maria was great! She was very helpful and made the whole process seamless and easy. She even helped me with a small repair within my 30 day warranty period and made sure I was properly reimbursed. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and suggest anyone looking for a used car go see them first.

The young lady with the foreign accent was the nastiest ever. She didn’t say hello when I came in the door she didn’t want to help me at all and she was clearly bothered that I was there. I told her I wanted to speak to owner on my experience and she refused to give me his number. I wanted to buy the car but not from her and I got financed online that night but she has to go so far as to make up that a someone put a deposit down on the car the very next day just so I couldn’t buy the car. I asked her to tell me about the car and she pointed to the car facts very rudely and said it’s right there what do you want to know about it. The showroom was very unwelcoming. They had 2 booths in the back she was sitting at and no where to sit. I guess I was expected to stand up over her desk during the sales process while she sat down. The foreign lady was so rude and nasty to me. Told me she didn’t make commission on cars so that’s why she was that way. She was uneducated and knew nothing about cars. I was trying to find out about warranty and price and she didn’t want to tell me anything. This place gets zero stars.

I absolutely love my new Chevy Cruze. It was an amazing deal! Very low processing fee compared to other dealerships. Very quick and easy to drive home in my new car! Amazing 30 day warranty too. Thank you so much for everything! It's been a week now and I have ZERO regrets, nothing but love.

I purchased a 2010 vehicle from Prime Auto today for under 10k at a great price and decent mileage. It was a very lengthy process due to my bank, but Prime Auto was very patient and kind with me. Out of all the cars I’ve purchased I would have to say this was the best experience. I would recommend this location to anyone and advise you to go see them as soon as possible. Ask for Anya she is awesome
