We have been a very happy customer for many years. We don't buy a lot as what we got just lasts. Most recently we replaced a couch and two recliners. Nothing wrong with any of it but the color needed to be changed. After three months the couch developed a rubbing noise. They offered to send a tech out to fix it. We asked for an easier way as we are 1 hour from Phoenix. Their suggestion of leather wipes solved the problem. Thanks for your great after the sale service

We are SO impressed with our table and at an unbeatable price! The quality is surprisingly amazing. It’s super solid and large. We have been looking for a table for a while and we never found one we liked at all. This one I love so much. Easy to keep clean too I really like the thick edging, makes it look super high end. Our delivery guys were great! I have never seen two guys work so fast and effectively before. Pretty impressive actually. They are a well tuned machine how they work together with attention to detail. I’m pretty sure I never saw anyone lay a blanket down before to put together furniture, that was so nice. : Impressive quality, impressive value, and impressive employees!

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! I ordered a bed over 3 weeks ago and was told my bed would be delivered till end of June. I stopped by the location a few days after ordering the bed and receiving the call letting me know this information, the lady that assisted me stated she will try to get me that same bed on the 4th today. I reached out to them today as they had not called me, and was told a different bed I had not ordered was delivered for me and that the one I originally had ordered was NOW not available till end of July . I asked for a refund after headache they put me through… let’s hope that goes through smoothly. Online ordering is not the move with them.

I bought a sectional from Pruitts on Thursday and it was delivered by Friday at 11 am. Everyone from Scott the salesperson to the delivery people were very professional. I love their selection, service, and prices. The other bonus is it is a locally owned family business not a corporate owned chain store. I've bought many pieces from them over the years and they have always been high quality. It is worth a look.

WATCH OUT IF YOU PLAN TO DO BUSINESS WITH PRUITS!! DISGUSTED!! I have been a long standing customer who purchased furniture for my parents who are moving to a senior living community with my dad in the memory care section and my mom in independent living in the same building. The furniture was moved to each location and my dad’s loves his adjustable bed. My mom moves in this Saturday, but the couch I bought is too big for her living room. I just went to Pruitt’s to let Ken know I need to exchange to a smaller leather couch. They told me sorry it’s past 72 hours. We will not exchange it for a smaller leather couch. The couch has been in an empty apartment for 6 days UNTOUCHED!! Not one person said no returns after 72 hours and I just wanted to exchange for a couch that fits!! This is how you treat customers who have been loyal to you for years!! But you don’t care you’re moving your business to Prescott Valley!! STAY FAR AWAY PRESCOTT VALLEY!

I am always impressed by this place! It’s the perfect furniture store. The have a great selection! It is evident that the buyer for the store really knows how to select the right items and has a solid mix of furniture making one stop shopping for any furniture I might need for my home. I was in last week and ordered 2 chairs that were ready for me in 2 days! In this market I felt like this was a miracle! I had them in my living room 2 days before a big thanksgiving party! Great choices and helpful staff! Got an awesome couch USA made and some Ashley furniture pieces. Free delivery and set up; however the men who delivered got sweat all over the couch so I called the store and they sent out a cleaning technician ASAP he was an independent contractor but worked for them for 30 years and had nothing but great things to say about the family owned business. Great customer service!

Going to miss Pruitt's! Always had great quality furniture! Fortunately, they'll still have a showroom up north so we all can still get their great furniture and wonderful customer service!!

The sales people are wonderful. The ladies behind the desk are amazing the quality of furniture is high end however the maker of the very expensive mattress was a let down. Has absolutely nothing to do with Pruitts.

While we didn't end up buying from here the furniture seemed well made and the prices were right. The place was fun to walk around looking at everything and the staff didn't hound us and we're quite helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely check out this place whenever we make another furniture purchase.
