M & J Marine Inc

I rate M&J Marine a 5/5 because over the last 3.5 years I have owned my new boat they have been fantastic start to finish. The pricing when I ordered my boat was a great no haggle price. They spent a ton of time with me to order it exactly the way I wanted and were really informative to help with the decisions. All my yearly preventive service was reasonable and quick. And even after my warranty expired at the 3 year mark. The dealer and Alumacraft still fixed and replaced a part that was broken. Not many dealers go to bat for a customer after the warranty is off but M&J does. Thank you to all the great staff there. I will defiantly buy my next boat there again !

Only good news is we managed to buy a wonderful new alumacraft fishing and ski boat. Dealt with 8 different people in doing so and only 1 (Josh) seemed to know what their job was and did it well. A lot of miscommunication from everyone else. Would never go back here even for service.

Rip off artists! You pay them to fix your boat and then you have to pay somebody else to fix it the RIGHT way. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else.

I can only assume the "terrific service" reviews have come from the staff themselves. Because on multiple occasions I've gone into M&J and have never even been acknowledged. I'm a reasonable person, I understand that there may be times when they don't see me or my family/friends because they're busy or whatever but this has not been the case. I'm clearly visible, clearly needing assistance and yet to get any assistance I have to go and track someone down. Sad. I'm in a position to buy a boat and I have no problem traveling a longer distance to somewhere other than M&J with my cash. PS where are all the pontoon boats? (There was no one to ask while we were there)
