Located in the Vista, Columbia SC, a center for specialty shops and restaurants, M Space provides a sophisticated space for your special event. Centered around Huger Street, Gervais Street and Lady Street, the venue offers a 3000 sq.ft. open floor plan with 2 conference rooms, a lounge area, a stage and conference seating. The wood, the marble, the Italian ceramic floor, the beautiful fabrics and one-of-a-kind decor create a bright and elegant atmosphere.

Wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate meeting, holiday party, or even a runway show, M Space can accommodate 140 people standing and up to 80 seated, day or night. We offer in-house catering and bar services from Miyo's starting at $15/person. The space has a spectacular Sharp LED interactive display system to display and share information to your audience, as well as a sound system that allow you to connect your laptop or wireless device.

RATES:

MON-WED (5 hrs): $500

THU/SUN (5 hrs): $750

FRI/SAT (5 hrs): $1000

FRI/SAT (ALL DAY): $1500

*Please note: Rental time includes setup and breakdown. If you need ADDITIONAL time the rates are Mon-Wed $125/hour, Thu/Sun $150/hour, Fri/Sat $200/hour.
