You have to check this property out. GREAT neighborhood, unique floor plans, awesome lighting, spacious patios. Man I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE my view and to see the sun rise and go down are the best for me.

I've enjoyed living here. My apartment is comfortable and bright. I see the occasional bug, but it's not too bad. The front office is sometimes difficult to contact, though, so expect to have to go bother them in person if you need something. It's definitely the best value for apartment living in the area.

I've been here for almost 3 years and I don't have any complaints. Jerome, angel and the whole staff are very reasonable and down to earth people. Maintenance are always here when I make a request for anything. The whole gated community is nice. The pool area is awesome!!!

The location is great. Ive been here about a year and have had zero problems. The amount of space for the price can’t be beat. The staff is very friendly Solita and Jerome are so helpful!!! No neighborhood problems, a coffee shop and cleaners right downstairs!
