Current tenant and there's roaches here and our water bill was $260 one month. Also, the leasing office is rude about pretty much everything.

Management is awesome, especially Tiffany! If you communicate with her, she will definitely steer you in the right direction. She is truly helpful and understanding. Please communicate with management, they will do their best to help provide you the best support.  Thanks Tiffany and Management!

Wow.. I'm definitely not touching this place. These people have bosses, you all have to reach out to them and cause ripples. I'm an attorney trust me i know. Do that and i bet the apartment "management" will get themselves together. Or be forced to be removed.
