Daniel and his team are very passionate about what they do! My back right passenger door was heavily damaged, and the replacement door was put on back order at the last minute but Daniel’s team went to work meticulously repairing all the damage and keeping me updated on the entire process. From helping me get a rental car, to working with my insurance company they made the whole process stress-free and seamless as possible. I was extremely happy to have my car back looking nearly brand new, shiny and clean! I would highly recommend M Works Charlotte and would use them again though I hope I won’t need to

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Daniel and M Works team for fixing my bumper and hood of my car my vehicle was rear-ended on November 15th. Daniel was nice enough to drop me off at rental car shop inwhich he did not have to do. Daniel and his team did a fantastic job on my Cobra! A pot hole did its damage and they did their magic. They worked me in their busy schedule when other rim repair places had month long waits…and did some PDR at the same time! I highly recommend them for anyone in the Queen City area! Thank you, M Works! My car had multiple dents large and small on the door and two tiny dings in the trunk lid. Angie and Daniel were so kind and professional in all of our communication and were able to get me an appointment for the repairs only two days later. Trey was awesome and made all the repairs while I waited; he is at once a technician, artist and wizard, making my car like new without using a drop of paint. While there I had a chance to also meet Miguel and see his work; let me tell you, if you need paint he’s the guy you want! These are the nicest, most genuine and professional folks you’ll ever meet. I recommend them 10O%.

First of all I cannot thank enough for Dan and his wife for the work they have done to my SUV Alfa Romeo Daniel was so patient and very polite in answering all my questions. His expertise made me confident to drop my car at his body shop. He and his team were very professional and gave the estimate for price and time to do the body work and were spot on in fixing my car within the time and the work they did was really amazing! M Works is fantastic! Super convenient as they came to my office to assess my car, were able to pick up my car at my house and then drop it back off. They showed me what was and wasn't damage, while giving me multiple options. Was even able to reduce the overall cost. Overall, they were provided amazing and efficient service! I highly recommend them!

Daniel at M Works was AMAZING to work with. Not only was he super prompt in all of our communication & service, he also offered to pick up my vehicle and drop it back off when it was finished being repaired which only took 1 day! I was referred to M Works by my sister and will continue to refer to other friends & family! Highly recommend!
