I was really glad to find a Mac store in the Oak View Mall as it is not available in any other malls of Omaha. Though it was hard to locate it because google maps was showing me the location inside Victoria’s Secrets! The store is small but they have a decent collection. Which I did not like is the lighting and the mirror to check the proper shades.
I called last week to schedule a makeup appt and no one has returned my call!
Only one worker was present and she was working on someone when I walked in, as I was asking her for what I was looking for someone else came in and she went to help that person instead.
Just had an excellent experience at the Dillard’s MAC counter at Oakview Mall. The woman working was extremely polite and professional. Made the experience very and complimented me on my choices. Excellent customer service!
Disappointed that the MAC Cosmetics counter will not take appointments. This policy sends a clear message that a. They don't value my time and b. They're not interested in a guaranteed $60 min purchase.

My daughter loves this place and they always have what she needs.
