I had two servers not sure which one was my actual server went after lunch around 3 and it was pretty empty inside. The young lady who initially took my drink order was so nice and funny I was excited so far so good. However a tall male comes over to take our food order and he clearly didn't want to be bothered. I asked him if they had any sweeter sweet tea because the one we ordered was watered down and he seemed irritated as he answered "U'm No I don't have any sweeter sweet tea", We ordered Coronas and as he was walking off my partner asked for salt and lime and he never even turned around to acknowledge the request however he did come back with them so he obviously heard him. I asked the young lady for Togo boxes and the check when he came over with his iPad he never even gave us the ticket he just told us the amount owed with his hand out and continuously swiped my partners card at least 7 times, once he finally got the authorization he hands him the tablet to sign and has the 20% tip icon selected without even informing us, once I realize and tell him we'll tip cash he says "well just select no tip then" with even more attitude and walks off after handing us the receipt fortunately for us the young lady who was "assisting" him continued to check on us for refills and to make sure our food was ok, which is the only reason I'll leave 2 stars & I should've just tipped her before I left because she was really sweet... The tacos were decent 6/10 but I definitely won't be returning I've never been treated so rudely at an establishment. I hope they train their staff better on customer service.
Visited here for Cinco de Mayo with friends. Very nice atmosphere. Service staff was attentive. Food is somewhat pricier than other restaurants of the same caliber, but it was delicious. Or at least the steak nachos which I had. My friends enjoyed the baja tacos. The margarita serving size was too small for the price in my opinion, however, you can order a order a carafe to share or drink solo lol and it will be much cheaper.
Great place with casual atmosphere! You have to order at the counter. The tacos are huge and and very tasty.
Matt is awesome! I had an excellent experience .. great "refeed" meal - stuffed! Great atmosphere, genuinely good folks!
VERY yummy food! The fajita tacos are awesome! Very clean & nice staff. Great margaritas!! Plus they also deliver!!
The food was ok, nothing that I couldn't get cheaper and probably better at the taco truck, but I didn't go home hungry or anything. The chips and salsa were good and so was the cheese dip. Tacos had cheese, which is weird to me, because I'm used to tacos with meat, onions, and cilantro, but that's just a personal preference. The service, on the other hand was just not good. The dining room had maybe 3 other tables besides my own and it took a good 10 minutes to get water, chips and salsa as we sat down. As the rest of our p, arty joined, it took another 10 minutes to get their water. We ordered appetizers, but didn't get them til the food came, which kinda cancels the appeal of an appetizer. Overall, I would go back if asked to by someone who loves the place, and I'm sure there are people that do, but I won't return of my own accord. I'd honestly rather go to Moe's for a burrito.
We went on a Sunday for lunch there were only six people in the whole restaurant. It still took over an hour to get two burritos. The chips were stale, greasy, and unappetizing. The margarita was undrinkable, the salt was completely overpowering. Our waiter had to be flagged down for everything we needed. The food was lackluster. Do not waste your money here, honestly tacobell would have been a better Mexican food experience.
There was a failure at every stage by every person on staff. We got there behind a large group and the staff served them all first resulting in an hour long wait for our food. It took 30 minutes for us to get the complementary chips and salsa which we assumed they didn't have. Food was inauthentic and nothing special. Not worth the wait or price. Our waitress was INCREDIBLY nice but seemed overworked and undertrained. Many staff members were doing nothing and sitting by the bar. In the end, we spent almost 2 hours here and left with no intention of returning. The addition of a good manager and some proper training for the entire staff would vastly improve this place.
This place is amazing. Fresh, delicious, creative food and a nice atmosphere, including an outdoor back patio. Farily quick and good service. They have vegetarian options that can easily be made vegan. The tacos are great prices, and they also have 99 cent taco Tuesdays though they only have one kind of taco you can get for 99 cents, so that's kind of lame. But if you happen to like that one, it's a great deal. The food is really delicious. Oh and free chips and salsa! And several yummy sauces including a guacamole sauce.
The food tastes good but they are incredibly inconsistent. I have been there 3 times, and sometimes the service is good and sometimes it's not. I was encouraged to come back and try the new menu they were rolling out. I have been back twice since the new menu. The first time it took 30 minutes for a bowl of soup they were not busy and when I inquired about the timing, I was told its because they were getting used to the new menu and were behind. The second time we ordered 3 of the "new" tacos. None of them were made correctly. We did not modify anything, they simply did not come out the way the menu stated. We didnt feel comfortable saying anything about it, but several comments were made by the server throughout the meal regarding other issues about how "it's because they are getting used to the new menu". Like I said the food is good but the establishment is very inconsistent.
