This establishment has it all and I mean has it all. Owner is great. 100.5% of the staff is phenomenal. Easy to find. While the sidewalks are amazing, parking is sucky, that's really the cities entire doing. Fun fact: the joint has been around since 1939. Impressive! Whoop whoop!

I love Mack's. I choose to shop there when I have the extra time to browse and for a quick hardware run versus the big stores like The Home Depot just down the street. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I always leave there with a smile on my face.....

I love this place. The friendliest workers. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had a good experience with them. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff, good prices. Good selection of plants as well. My husband goes there on a weekly basis.

I’m giving you guys one star because of my experience today. I love the customer service you guys provide but when I’m only looking around and I get asked 5 times from 3 different employees if I’m finding everything alright and I tell them I’m just looking. And then on top of that I have one of them follow me out to my car after I didn’t find the exact product I needed for a specific project at home. She asked if she could help me find anything and i felt it had gone too far for the fact I was leaving and she came out. Very unhappy and I actually felt like I was being watched the entire time. Love your store but don’t like the judgements being passed on me.
