Westlake Ace Hardware 068

I went in to purchase a lawn product and the employee in the isle did not know the answer to my question so he asked for help. Another employee came to the isle and showed me one product and then told me Hummert was on sale said it was up front. I asked him how much and he said a couple dollars more than this one so I went up to get it, however it did not show a sale price so I asked the girl as the cash register. I told her I had been told it was on sale. She then used her radio and asked the man, if he told me it was on sale and he denied it. I went back to the isle and asked the other employee if he had heard the one tell me it was on sale and he said yes! I then decided to return the items I planned to purchase to the shelves. I decided I would not buy from a store who’s employees are dishonest.

Always a great place to shop. The people working there are always very friendly and are knowledgeable about the products in the store. The thing I really like about Westlake Ace Hardware is the fact they carry hard to find items that you can't find at the big box hardware stores. I own an older house and sometimes it is hard to find items to repair, but Westlakes almost always has what I'm looking for. They also carry an excellent variety of garden plants and flowers during the summer time. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood store. Recently, I brought back a previous purchase I was having problems with (I was pretty frustrated). All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me & rectified the issue without hesitation. I've shopped there for years & usually find assistance quickly. Their renovations a few years ago were a great improvement.
