MacKay Towing & Recovery

In July our Subaru gave out 15 or so miles from St. Johnsbury VT, on Sunday. Luckily we had cell phone service, and were able to locate MacKay as not only nearby but also the only service open anywhere in NE Vermont. They arrived in less than 20 minutes, by which time we discovered that no Subaru dealers or rental agencies were open anywhere before Montpelier. So we had to be towed all the way home to the Burlington area. MacKay did that cheerfully, dropping off a portion of our passengers at the Burlington airport to catch a flight and leaving our car at our mechanic's yard for future service. While we would obviously have preferred to not have this experience, MacKay did a great job for us in a situation where we could easily have been stranded. We recommend them without hesitation.

The company truck broke down in Maine. I could not get any one from there to bring it bank to New Hampshire. I called Mackay he drove up 2hours got my truck back to New Hampshire, and even gave the driver a ride . Thanks From Larry M Brown

Saved me from spending $300+ for B&B Towing for a simple jump start, they were fast and did it for $100 great service, will choose them over the other guys any day!

I call Mackay Towing and a person answered the phone. He was courteous and listen to my problem. He quoted me the price for towing before he came. When he came he was able to solve the problem that the dealership serviceman that I called before wouldn't. I would recommend him because he was willing to go out of his way to help me.
