Streamlined service! Excellent. I was in a crunch for time to use my laptop that had a busted battery for a music performance and came to MacMedia. Sam was working the desk and was very friendly and extremely helpful. They did the repair faster than what the Apple store could to! I will definitely be coming here for my Mac tech needs.
Was treated rudely by an employee who kept putting me off when I tried to order a monitor, saying all the employees had too much on their plate and might not be able to help at all. When I contacted manager, Sam, he was very helpful getting it promptly ordered with slight discount. I would still go back there, as previously employees have been very courteous and helpful.
Always great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They saved my laptop after I spilled soda on it. Other places didn’t want to help or charged a ridiculous amount just to look at it. They took the time to look at it, figure out what had been damaged and fixed it. Even though I got lucky that my computer wasn’t beyond repair I know they are honest and not just going to try to sell me a new computer if I don’t need it.
Dropped my Apple Watch off for repair and they told me they need to send it out, not a problem. Well apparently they cut all ties with Apple after I dropped my watch off with them and couldn’t repair my watch, which wasn’t my issue. My issue is I had my watch dropped off over two weeks ago with them and no one even bothered to call me to let me know that my service cannot be completed. We had to call them to see where my watch was for them to say oh we couldn’t repair it. Nice communication
Beautiful store, nice people, took my two dead Macs and will repair them. They have a large selection of SONOS and audio equipment in general. The store was clean and bright with a pleasant wood style finish inside. Thanks for a great overall repair experience.
Had appt, got there and had this. Line out the door. Was past my appt obviously when I got to the counter, and the young girl there couldn’t have cared less about it. I tried sharing about having an appt and she moved on from the subject so fast she might as well told me to shut up. Nothing was done with my device except I was told it’s old and to just buy a new one as they are cheaper now. I’m so glad I made this drive today.
They did not fix my iPad. They said it was a hardware problem but it turned out it was a software problem and they won't refund even though I made the purchase directly through them. I had my daughter go back to show them the iPad in person and they told her they can't refund because that means they loose money which shouldn't be our problem since they are the ones who misdiagnosed it. So now we have $270.11 stolen from us because they don't want to own up to their own mistakes. Apple customer care even said that they are the ones who must refund us since everything was done through them in the first place. I do not recommend them to anyone because it seems they do not care about customers.
I have used MacMedia many times in the past, and my experience has always been positive. Today was no exception. I feel compelled to express my gratitude for the incredible service and timely repair of my desktop Mac. I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but it was up and running again in less than 4 hours! New hard drive, no hitches! Thank you MacMedia!
This review was a hard pill to swallow, I wanted to leave a -1 star and protest the building before coming in and speaking with the manager who clearly cared more about my situation than I realized needed cared for. I had a very bad experience with apple and a warranty that never got used, along with a phone/ shipping/ and communication problem. Throughout the entire experience, the general manager blonde gentleman took amazing care of me, let me get my piece of frustration out, and did the best he could for me. In a world full of people like me, there needs to be more people like the general manager at Mac, media. Thank you for everything you’ve done, I wish this review was as sincere as the apology you deserve. Thank you for being an exceptional influence to your company, and thank you for making even the angriest customer a returning regular.
Made an appointment through the Apple website and was helped right as I got there. Had a few issues with my MacBook charging and they were able to take a look and find a solution within 20 minutes of me walking in. Definitely visit them if you have any problems as I've never had a bad experience.
