We’ve Been in a couple of times for the kid’s iPads. This place is amazing at customer service and turn around time. Incredibly knowledgeable and they make sure your mind is at ease. Ryan was Immensely helpful in a couple of mishaps we’ve had as of late, understanding, empathetic and genuinely a good guy. Thank you so much for your help!

This Asurion broke my phone while repairing it!! They told me they broke my front lcd while repairing the back glass and they still charged me, after getting my phone back my phone was heating up and there was a bulge on the back glass I thought it was going to explode I brought my phone back as they requested they told me the battery and charging port was fried and that they would replace the parts I called every week due over month and recorded each phone call I got their corporate office involved as well after speaking to corporate they said that this location is franchised and that there is something fishy going on because they deleted the first work order they also told me that their was in fact negligence I will be going forward with legal action!! They actually still have the phone and are denying any damage the first work order was on 9/8 and I brought it back on 9/26 the phone is completely ruined and not safe!

A 6-year old threw my Nintendo Switch and afterwards, my microSD card wasn’t being acknowledged by the console. I scheduled an appointment, brought in the switch and less than 2 hours later they fixed it! Apparently the microSD card reader detached and just needed to be reseated. Romeo was quick with the fix and didn’t even charge me anything. Thank you so much Romeo!

They opened an hour late so there was a line of people. Openly asked for peoples passwords now I know other customers name and phone password then said the glass replacement would be $350 when the written quote I received when booking it was $199. Their excuse, the web site is wrong. Terrible service by a bunch of crooked hacks.

Ask for Alyssa if you need something fixed. She was very knowledgeable about my phone's screen and how it should be reattached. Super patient, respectful, efficient, and fast. She was extremely busy and still took a few minutes to ask what did I need; was able to fix in less than 5 minute minutes. Explained what I needed to do to the screen intact until it dried. We even discussed other phones I'd purchase and bring to her. Oh, I forgot to mention I have a Blackberry KEYone... yes, a Blackberry can't get rid of the buttons. Great job Alyssa much appreciated and you deserve and praise and incentives / bonuses they can offer you. I'll for sure be back once I order this refurbished iPhone 11 we talked about.

I had such a great experience here! Jacob made the entire drop off experience so nice. He was friendly, informative, and had great customer service. Lately, it seems that there is poor customer service wherever you go, and I was over the moon to have such a nice encounter here! When I picked up my phone which looked beautiful! I spoke with Ryan who was also great to chat with and happily made the extra effort to put on the tempered glass protector when I asked him to. Thanks for making the extra effort, guys! I hope I don't have to see you again, but if I do ever need my phone screen fixed again, I won't go anywhere else.

Turn around time isn't bad. Took the time they needed and gave me a call right away. Got my PC back to me right in time for the school semester! Ryan & Romeo, and one more guy I forgot to ask his name.. helped me out. Appreciate your help gents. -8.999/10 Strongly recommend lol

Samsung sent me to this pack of junior high school kids to address whether my phone's defect would be covered under warranty. After holding on to my phone for a few days, someone called me to let me know that it would not be included under warranty based on one picture that he sent to Samsung. I asked if that was the appropriate course of action, sending one picture, of a phone with no other damage aside from a lifted screen from a foldable phone, which, according to Samsung, is the exact warranty issue that should garner either a new phone or repair. Then I asked that he do better. They had my phone for 15 days and.... nothing. Kind of became a joke after a while as I counted the days that passed without any follow-up from these schmoes. I finally just went into the store and picked up my phone and they just handed it right back to me with no explanation. Nothing to say. I cannot attest to their skill or ability to repair a phone but I do know that my experience was awful / sickly hilarious.

First time customer, was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of this business. Also, quick turn around time, same day service, cost very reasonable! Ryan and Matt, good job! W. Crawford

The screws on the hinges in my Alienware laptop snapped- I brought it here and Jacob helped get me back up and running in minutes! And was very friendly to boot! Easy 5 stars!
