Macy's

I went in today looking for a couple of outfits for this weekend. I was greeted with a smile by a sales associate, her name was Christina with loc's in her hair. We were downstairs in the men's department. She was very friendly and helpful. She help me put together 2 awesome looks! Thanks

I love Macy's nut they run out certain sizes quick like large. If large is the popular size that sells out quick black and Adidas and certain activity where I would keep more of that in stock but I love Macy's. Especially there men fragrance.

Wherever Macy's is getting their merchandise, it lacks good design ,taste, and quality. There's nothing like before. Maybe if they hire their own people in the US, we will have better designs and quality, not a square box full of glitter.

Cindy in customer service had smiles for miles! She was helpful, professional & friendly. Cindy made today's shopping for hubby stuff WAY better than we expected.

Well just when I thought I've seen the worst of this store. Back in early November I purchased some Christmas gifts. Mailed some to SF Calif and kept some for here.. This past weekend, I thought, I'd better start wrapping these gifts. As soon as I pulled 1 out for my husband, there's this big plastic security tag on it. I went to look for receipt couldn't find it. So I called customer service. The guy said he don't know what to tell me. So I thought I'll wait for the bill. Finally it has arrived. Will take it back Friday. Meanwhile, When cashier was bagging items my only question was. DID YOU REMOVE THE SECURITY TAGS??? HER ANSWER? YES I DID. I AM SO FURIOUS. MORE GASOLINE AND TIME WHEN I PAY MACYS OFF....THATS IT FOR ME.

I don't shop much for jewelry, and so it was a bit overwhelming when shopping for my girlfriend. I was very fortunate to have the assistance of Archana, one of the associates working in the jewelry department, who was kind, patient, and knowledgable. It made my experience in this Macy's overall a good experience, so much so that I felt compelled to leave this positive review.

Not enough inventory for Men's shirts in size XL. But, was able to find two very nice shirts. Star rewards gave a $20- discount, which was great.

Bernadette she's a wonderful lady always help my wife and my self to select the perfumes and colognes I recommend her for all you nedds thank you we nedd people like her merry Christmas to all macys employees

Worst location to do curbside pick up. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to bring out my online order after checking in. I go inside thinking they are super busy and this guy named Alejandro is just there with no customers waiting. There were several employees with no one waiting at the customer service desk. No apology from him or anyone. Nothing. Just save yourself time and shop in person or have order shipped to you.

It was a decent, nice shopping experience for a Black Friday. I was disappointed that I couldn't find the one thing I went for, work slacks. But got some great deals.
