Sears

It's been awhile since I shopped at Sears and when I did it was usually for tools. I was pleasantly surprised. I found some excellent deals on clothes. I had no problems at the regesters and I was in and out in no time.

It's surprising to hear they are financially suffering. Closing so many stores across the US. I love the brands they offer. They have a great loyalty program. I mean, I was able to provide a great Christmas because of it. From tools to jewelry and fashion forward name brands. I love Sears!

Great customer service. Though the lease program isn't explained very well so when I thought I was going to get my brother's wife a gift I couldn't because they failed to full explain the whole process. But that's not on the very wonderful young lady that helped us. So thank you to her.

This store has a great jewelry and watch repair concession. It is on the 2nd floor near the merchandise pick-up department. You can have your watch batteries as well as your car alarm batteries changed here. He’s also great at complex jewelry fixes.
