Macy's

I mainly patronize this store for the fragrance and occasionally, suits. When I’m looking for new fragrance, I work with Ms. Laura who is a great sales associate. I ensure that I give my business to her because she takes her time and listens to what it is I don’t and do like, in terms of scents. Within the last two weeks, I’ve given her service because she’s awesome! Go visit her nowwww! My latest purchases was Versace and Miss Dior… & jeez, talk about hypnotizing! Store is more than not clean, temperature is appropriate and most sales associates are cool. Parking is horrible near the causeway and Vets entrance though!

Their sales are the best in the business! However, now with early black Friday sales already, the entire floor with women's fashions seems to be on sale. Everything from evening gowns to denim overalls mashed together in a full rack. Mind-boggling!

Rude customer service, or maybe I should say non-existant customer service. Staff cannot find items in the store which should be there per computer system with item code, sizing, color info. They also have no interest in finding them. Staff is moving extra slowly depite long lines. If you try to call the store, you will not get through, and if you do get through to anybody they will explain how Macy's employees cannot help, because they are understaffed. It's not even a "I can't right now, but will do asap". It's literally a "can't" or hang up. Disgusted by my today's experience. Trying to find the item online with other retailers.

This store is filthy, hot, smelly, and the management is pathetic. I cannot believe Macy’s corporate allows this kind of blatant neglect. I remember when Macy’s was amazing, but now it’s like going to Goodwill and even that’s being generous.

Very clean and organized. Easily find the departments your looking for. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were great and clothing very stylish.

The cashier greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with what we were looking for. If I was able to shop every day I would come every day to MACEY just to see yall the beautiful smiles. This is why I travel here. Great job employees!!! The first floor, and the third floor. God Bless You All. PS: I have seen so much need. Because I lost after ADA. I thank God for saving me and my family through it. I pray for us all that went through it. I take it one day at a time. Great job the owner of MACEY for your employees. Great place to buy clothing for work or special occasions. Friendly employees. Well organized store.

I visited this beautiful department store on Saturday September 17 3:21pm . The workers on the other hand are few in number and overworked. There are departments with no one working to assist paying customers. For example, I needed to purchase a pair of men’s shoes. I had to bring the pair I wanted each time to the register to tell me if they had my size. I did this about 3 times. The third time I grabbed more than 1 pair to create a seamless experience. Only 3 registers with about 5 employees at the register. At one time they were all clustered together chatting while customers are waiting on line. 2 of these employees could have been in departments assisting customers. The customer has to do to much to create their own shopping experience. This should never be the case. Also employees have to be aware of what they are saying. If a customer is requesting help, the Macy’s representatives should not be complaining about helping them in front of other customers. Also, one gentleman was talking about his hours being cut and he didn’t appreciate it. Talking about his hours being customer in front of customers is not the time or place to discuss that matter. My cousin’s friend had a much better experience purchasing a coach purse. So in my view, women’s departments have representation and men’s departments do not. Not a good overall experience. Undoubtedly, I will not visit this Macy’s again. At this rate, this Macy’s is not prepared for Black Friday, if they can’t handle a busy Saturday.

Shoe shopping this visit! Always a huge selection of shoes and brands. Store is always clean and organized. Service was not great today with only one cashier and long wait for an associate to get shoes from stock.

They offered a "sale" but decided that the return policy for that sale would only be 24 hrs after purchase. This was not on sale material, any signs, racks, or even on the receipt from the purchase. So shop at your own risk. Would recommend spending a few more dollars and going to one of the other stores at Lakeside to know they aren't ripping you off with secret policies.
