Macy's

Macy is one of my favorite stores to shop. Wish I had one in my town. I always head to shoes when get there to see what great specials that they have. The store was pretty clean but seems to be missing some employees around the store. Love when they had the macys backstage. Great prices and usually find good things.

Recently needed a new belt fairly immediately after my old one from JCPenny broke. Went into this Macy's, found a great belt on sale and I can safely say after three weeks of wear, it's the best belt I've ever owned! The staff was super helpful in helping me locate it I'm not big on clothes shopping, even for professional wear. They have some new blood right now which affects their speed/responsiveness at times, but they're honest about it which I appreciate! They even applied an additional sale discount I didn't know was on at the time as a bonus!

I stopped into Macy's b/c I was gonna take a friend to lunch. But the store was so busy. I waited around for a little while and roamed in the handbag department. Macy's had a nice selection of handbags. I didn't buy anything. I just admired.

I love this place. It's like the clearance place for all the departments in Macy's, all in one place. Clothing, shoes,houseware, bedding, accessories, men, women, children's, perfume, knickknacks.. I say clearance due to the low low price, but most of the items are better than what would actually be on clearance. I mean for the most part, the average cost 9f things I pick up are $10-$19.99. some stuff $20-$40.

I must admit, I thought Macy’s would have nicer gift wrapping! If I had known the gift I ordered would’ve been gift wrapped in a brown paper sack I never would’ve done it! The prettiest part of the gift wrapping was the pretty red ribbon they tied the handles of the brown paper gift bag with! Pretty disappointed, I never would’ve paid 6 bucks for a brown paper bag!

In store awesome experience. Online totally different experience. Sent me the wrong merchandise. I ordered an MK purse, and Tony Hawk jacket. They sent some Xmas house shoes, and a sweater maybe totalling 70 dollars, when my order was 325 dollars. I instantly returned merchandise, but they took their sweet time refunding my credit. Who is pulling orders for y'all? #noaccountability

Great Store: I would like to commend the employees, especially a fine lady. HINA. SHE is a real stand out service oriented person. She has gone to extreme to help me find merchandise, that met my needs. Hats off to HINA.

The customer experience was good in ladies section. It's the mall. It's busy and sometimes it's got the escalators all working. That day it did.

Great customer service. Great selection and Quality merchandise, it's always a pleasure to shop there.

I never shopped at Macy's until I went shopping with one of my friends. I was absolutely amazed. Great name brands, great prices and great customer service AND the dressing room were clean. Who would expect so much from a store in a mall. Macy's, you have a customer for life
