I’m trying to find something I liked about going here, to give it two stars, but I’m struggling. It appears having Emily is one of the ways to have a nice experience. I,unfortunately, didn’t have her and am pretty bummed by my experience as I heard so many wonderful things about this place. The woman I did have rushed us. We drove from central MA and although I was on time, my party was not by about 10 minutes. Had I known I was going to be rushed I would have started without them to get things going. This was also the second place I had gone to, so I was still not too sure what I wanted. They don’t allow you to browse the dresses and my budget was by no means modest. I was told that within my price range, I could basically only get off-the-rack dresses - aka each dress came as is that I tried on. That being said the dresses I tried on were of lower quality than ones I had tried on (for cheaper prices) at the other stores I had gone to. The rooms were too small to see yourself, and my mom and sister watched me put on and and take off the dresses which, disallowed any time for me to make my own judgement. The woman gave me no veils to try on and kept saying, we have no time for this, for that etc. She spoke incredibly fast so much so that I didn’t even have a chance to really think. She made me feel like if only my budget was higher, I would have been treated with more respect here. I can now think to give it 2 stars because my sister-in-law had a completely different experience than me. She came during a weekday and said she wasn’t rushed at all. I’ll take ownership of not knowing what type of dress I wanted, but it seems in order to have a nice experience here I would recommend the following: 1)know what you want 2) bring only women you’re ready to show your whole body to 3) if anyone is late, don’t wait for them 4) ask for Emily 5)be ready for a small room

After shopping at another place, I had major anxiety and felt frustrated going into the appointment but my stylist Kristin was awesome! She was down to earth and so helpful. I liked every dress I tried on but she brought in a wildcard that was nothing like what I thought I wanted. It was the perfect dress! I couldn't have done it without MD and Kristin. I highly recommend this store.

I cannot say enough incredible things about my wedding dress shopping experience here. Emily, my stylist, made me feel like I was her only client of the day. She was SO excited for me, listened to everything I wanted, gave helpful advice along the way, respected my budget, and ultimately helped me find THE dress my first visit. She followed up with a hand written thank you note mailed to my house (SUCH a thoughtful touch). go here. see emily. you won't regret it!

Had such a great experience yesterday! My stylist Casi was knowledgeable, sweet and creative in helping me put my own special touch on an unconventional wedding dress. Would highly recommend to all brides!
