As the mother of the bride I more so needed to find a fantastic dress given that I’d be walking my daughter down the aisle. I had a specific style in mind and my daughter and I spent countless hours searching for the perfect gown. The five previous shops I had been to only presented me with styles that were too “matronly” or offered no selection at all. Finally, I happened upon Uniquely Couture Bridal in Bedford, NH. Helen spent a lot of time with me, first becoming familiar with my style, my likes and dislikes; my overall personality. She was honest with her opinions, respected mine, and did not try to push or sell anything. Her gentle, patient nature guided me a bit past my comfort zone, proving that I could actually pull of some styles I thought, at my age, were out of my reach. Helen is no doubt a confidence booster and, ultimately, helped me choose the perfect gown that I feel comfortable and pretty in. The bonus is, I feel like I’ve made a new friend. I highly recommend Uniquely Couture Bridal.

It's okay. Don't expect a big collection, or a wide assortment of dresses. They pretty much only stick to the current fashions.

Initially, we were very impressed with Uniquely Couture Bridal. They found us a dress that works on three very different body types, and were able to guarantee we'd have it by the wedding date which was only 7 weeks away. We paid for super rush and then were not notified when the dresses were in. The company claims they couldn't read the handwriting of the bride's email. Yet, the bride's phone number was also listed. Common sense would say that if you're not sure of the spelling, call the bride and double check. This would have solved the problem entirely. Instead, they guessed at spelling, TWICE, and sent 2 emails to the wrong person. Then, waited 6 more days before calling the bride after not hearing a response from the email. Given that we were not notified in a timely manor we asked for a refund of our super rush ($50 each for 3 dresses, $150 total) we were told this couldn't be done. The bride in this party is the first of us to get married, and she has 4 bridesmaids. This company has now lost out on the opportunity to sell her a wedding dress, and tuxs, and to do 4 different parties when we get married. In short, for the cost of refunding $150, this company will lose out on the opportunity for thousands. We have also made multiple requests to take down a picture of us from their Instagram page, and it it is still there. We DO NOT want to promote this business.
