David's Bridal

I made 3 trips to David's Bridal for my wedding dress. The first two were a great experience. Everybody was incredibly helpful and offered many suggestions. When I was getting fitted for my dress, the woman took the time to listen and make sure it would be perfect on my special day. When I went to the final fitting, I did not have as great of an experience. The woman brought me to the fitting room and never came back to make sure everything was okay. Overall it was a good experience. I am in love with my dress and cannot wait to wear my dress on its special day.

My experience was amazing. I went in having no idea what i was looking for in a wedding dress but they made it happen in under 2 hours. They ask a lot of questions and really listen to your feed back. The appointment was an hour and a half and there I was in love with a dress that happened to be the first one I tried on. The best part is they push you out of your comfort zone and open many new options that I would have never tried on my own. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who made it happen because her patience were endless. It made dress hunting not so painful. I would suggest taking the time to make an appointment with them as I am sure you will walk out satisfied.

I have been doing most of my bridal shopping here for about a month now. The prices are very fair & I have found some very pretty dresses for a great price! A previous experience I was provided at this location was not fantastic & my original review reflected that. However the manager Lynn gave me a call & made it her person responsibility to make sure I had nothing but a 100% experience the next time I came in! Which is one of the reason I am changing my review. Both Shannon :) & Ashley:) have been rock stars helping my whole family with finding their perfect dress for my big day! Thank you very much for changing my view on your store & how you do things! Cant wait to continue to do business with you!

5 stars for Mel in customer service. She is patient, has a wealth of information, and listens carefully. Unfortunately since she's in customer service, she couldn't get the commission from the wedding dress. 4 stars for the sales associate assisting the MOB. She was distracted, seemed in a rush, and said the dress fit perfectly when it had obvious problems. This resulted in a second appointment and a change in size, all of which could have been avoided. Overall, the store has a plethora of choices, sizes, and styles. The prices are very reasonable and I'll definitely go back.

I went to 7 places and by far my experience here was most delightful. You could touch and try on as many dresses as you like. The women were very friendly and great busy atmosphere of happy customers, girls, mothers daughters and bridesmaids. I found gorgeous modest fuschia prom dress for my sophomore with all accessories for under $200. What was best is they had all sizes right off rack to buy. Plus the colors were suitable and large selection of paper colors and ones suitable for fair skinned girls. Shoes were very pretty too and $40. If you are a summer or a spring go here first. Also have fur capes for colder shoulders for $30. It was fun as it should be and they treated all types of girls with respect. Emphasis is on the person not their untouchable collection of gorgeous dresses. Open til 9pm on Friday night too with in house tailors.thank you
