After having my left hip replaced, it feels better than it has in more than two years. Dr. Meftah is very calm and very confident and very experienced. The entire staff made it as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for. They each showed a lot of compassion. Even the food was like gourmet food! I'm looking forward to getting the right one done after being treated so well the first time.
Absolutely Terrible! I walked in said good afternoon and was ignored. The front desk staff is absolutely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They are so too busy talking amongst each other about their personal lives, lunch, horsing around to address you and your appointment. When you acknowledge their rudeness, they give you even more attitude. The place is old w/ mildew on the couches, and the machines are historic! One technician is kind and the other is rude and cranky, sort of like a good cop bad cop routine. Then after all that, i had 2 wait for over an hour 4 a CD w/ my images, that wasn't even done correctly so I had to then go back to the hell hole. Definitely, do not recommend.
Dr Meftah is always wonderful!
