Don’t do it, expensive and useless. I have long eyelashes and was looking for a permanent way to lift them. I got the eyelash lift with tint, the procedure last approx 45 min and you have your eyes closed at all times. It’s uncomfortable but not painful. When i looked myself in the mirror it looked like I have taken a shower and my lashes were completely flat. They said to wait 24h and then rinse the product and to sleep in your back to not ruin the perm, I did, but my lashes were never lifted, they look worse, very disorganized and messy and one eye looks different than the other, I have to curl my eyelashes before going out and apply mascara like I did before this. I also got the tint but there is no way you can see it, it looks I never got it. Very very disappointed with this. Do not recommend.

Zayja is wonderful! First time trying a lash salon and it was so enjoyable. Zayja is warm, professional, and excellent at her craft. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated. Zayja wasnt rough or eager to slather wax all over my face. She was so respectful and made me feel at ease. She even gave some tips about maintaining my brows and options to enhance for the future. MadLash replaces the lackluster experiences I have had at the nail shops.

This lash studio is extremely unprofessional. I am a new client only 1 appointment and they cancelled my fill last minute for some clearly bogus reason. They rescheduled me to the next day and then had the audacity to tell me yet again they needed to reschedule. I was running late do to the last minute change and she called me, in a huff, asking when I would get there. The audacity to act impatient was honestly laughable. She informed me she couldn't see me due to me being late. Now I am out of luck and need to go to a new lash studio. Honestly wish I never came to this place. Bad energy all around.

It’s the experience for me. Shanna is the best! She does not disappoint and is such a professional; absolutely top-notch service. She goes above and beyond and provides “tailored to you” looks. My lashes look amazing and I’ve received numerous compliments. Her lash studio is impeccably kept and she takes the necessary steps to ensure it’s a safe and clean environment. I definitely recommend Madlash.

My experience at Mad Lash was stellar! From booking the appointment, to check in, to getting my lashes done, everything was amazing. The entire staff is very professional and very friendly and accommodating. The last studio is a vibe! Ba-by, the decor, the music, beverages and snacks, everything about their customer service is five star and I haven't even talked about how good my lashes look. I've been receiving nonstop compliments about my lashes. She made my lashes, which are long and straight, pop with the added extensions, while maintaining the natural look. The owner did my lashes and she is a sweetheart. We had a great conversation while she was doing my lashes. Feel like I have not only found a great place to get my lashes done, but gained a new friend. I definitely recommend Mad Lash for lashes and to try out the other services they provide.

It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I was a little nervous. Marilyn was very welcoming and professional. She explained everything I needed to know and she recommended the signature set, which was an awesome choice. After the appointment, I couldn't stop looking in the mirror, she did an amazing job! Also, I loved how they decorated the office. It's very clean and they offered snacks while you waited. Three weeks later, my eyelashes still look great. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here twice now and both times I had a positive experience. The studio is very nicely decorated and they offer you water and snacks as you enter. The table that you lay on is so comfy and they play some music for you while you get your lashes on. I fell asleep on the table both times it was so relaxing! The technicians are nice and the first time I came was my first time getting lashes done. She explained everything thoroughly and really put me at ease. Definitely a good place to treat yourself.

I love this place! I read all the wonderful reviews on Yelp and decided to reach out to the business at 10pm, via yelp message. I was surprised to receive an email, immediately, and was scheduled the next day. Although it seems Shanna is always pretty booked up, she had a last minute cancellation and was able to get me in. The studio is easily accessible on Eisenhower Avenue with lots of parking; when I stepped foot in, I was wowed! The decor is just beautiful, you can tell much thought and attention to detail was given. The receptionist was nice and friendly , she invited me in and also made me a hot tea while I filled out my information forms. Shanna was so nice! She talked to me and suggested the signature set was best, and she was right! I fell asleep during the process, the beds were comfortable and she had soft music playing. When I woke, and opened my eyes, i was amazed. What a difference!! They are natural, but with a pop! I’ve received so many compliments and have already been back in for a fill in. The service hasn’t waivered. My lashes lasted pretty good, I followed the care instructions given, and they are super easy to care for. I reached out to them, because I had a question, and left a voicemail. The next day, I received a call, very prompt and always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this studio!

I am new client with Shanna at The Mad Lash and I am extremely satisfied!! This is my second time receiving services from Shanna and she is consistent as well as very professional. Safety is a #1 priority when you walk through the door!! From mask checks, temperature checks as well as hand washing!! That was a major plus for me while we’re in this pandemic. Now Shanna’s work is PHENOMENAL!!! I love my Hybrid Lash extensions ! Each time she has delivered!! Shanna is very knowledgable and reassuring of whats the best option based on your personal preference and from a professional standpoint. She made me feel comfortable . I had the pleasure of getting my lashes done by Miss.Tiara and it was beyond an amazing experience. She educated me on how to properly take care of my lashes and what lengths work best for my eyes. She was extremely thorough and made me feel very relax. I've had my lashes done for a week 1/2 and their holding up great! I'm actually surprise they're holding up as well as they are because I sleep a little wild LOL. All and all I had a great experience with Tiara and I definitely will be returning back to her as well as recommending her to others.
