Terrible customer service! I'm DEPLOYED in the military right now and my maglite flashlight that I use for work just stopped working! The blue finish is also fading to silver! I sent pictures to Maglite and explained the situation but they were very rude and refused to help given my situation. Last maglite flashlight I'll ever buy!

Had to get warranty work on my Mag light. Professional employees handled it quickly! In and done in a short time. Picked up another led flashlight as well! Good job Mag light!

Used them for years no issues but just bought a rechargeable they make that doesn't work after 3 months ,exchanged emails with them as they tried to trouble shoot and now that they know it's not an issue with battery they won't answer emails ,looks like I'll use stream light from now on
