Maggie Moo's Ice Cream Eatery

This is the double scoop with brownie as my “add-in.” Not mixed up like it’s supposed to be. The man who works there seems to try to give the smallest scoops possible. He has done this twice. I once went when there was a younger kid, maybe his son, who gave normal sized scoops and better customer service. We hope every time we go that we won’t get the older man.

My kids and I were out shopping today and decided we wanted some ice cream. It was 11:50 and the door was open so we went on in. The girl working mumbled something and I said excuse me. She said we don’t open until 12:00. I don’t even know that they didn’t open until noon. I didn’t want to disappoint my kids so we went out and came back 10 minutes later. She never greeted us as we stood in front of the ice cream waiting to be served. She never looked up and continued to wipe up and around the ice cream area. We finally just walked out. This place used to be really good and we went often. We will not be back because the customer service has been bad for a while but today was ridiculous!!! She should have just stopped what she was doing when we came in at 11:50, good grief just 10 minutes before opening time and the door was open! Please teach your employees respect and customer service.

Ice cream is good, and kids like it, been here many times. Do agree with other reviews that customer service could be improved. We never got "disrespected", as others described, but their overall disinterested behavior would make more sense in a roadside diner at 3am rather than an ice cream store on a sunny summer day. But ice cream is good.

don't bother with this ice cream shop. There are plenty of other places to get a sweet treat nearby and the older guy who works there gives you tiny portions. He's kinda rude too.

Went to Marble Slab’s website and MaggieMoo’s was on the list to order a custom cake from in the Little Rock area. Unfortunately not only is their website not working to put an online order in but after reading the reviews of people experiencing poor/unsatisfactory customer service with the employees disinterested attitudes.. I’ve decided to go with the Marble Slab in Conway, mainly because I’m going to have to call for the cakes customizations and this may be too difficult for unqualified employees to handle without messing it up. 2 out of 5 stars because MaggieMoo’s and Marble Slab make a good product. Just this location is absolutely terrible with customer service.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Visited for the first time today to treat my 4 year old grandson to his favorite ice cream . It was quite evident that the young lady behind the counter did not want to serve us despite greeting her. We walked in the store around 12:05pm as soon as they opened. The shades were drawn and all the ice cream was covered with foil and no one at the Counter. Not inviting at all. We were met with silence and a glare from a young lady appearing from the back room as though we were a bother. I bought my grandson his ice cream because I didn't want to disappoint him but I will never visit this place again.

This place was great ages ago. But the past couple of times we visited, the apparent owner or manager was SO blatantly disrespectful, dismissive & downright rude, we put a kabosh on it. In addition to scoffing at my family when we asked about the chocolate-fudge-type flavor we used to order not being in the case maybe it had not been stocked in a while? We still don’t know why our question warranted that response, his reply to my daughter was the straw breaking the camel’s back and we have not been back in over a year. In a very respectful and courteous tone because she was raised by me and knows better. Plus, she works with public & gets what he obviously doesn’t: that’s your bread and butter??, asked if she could see the nutrition facts guide. She’s an athlete, was trying to weigh her options. He rolled his eyes, sneered at her and told her he did not have to supply those. Kinda feel that’s not accurate? It just popped back into my mind as we walked past it and noticed how nasty the windows were, the outside seating, how run down the overall appearance of it all was - there was a faded Easter poster hanging at the door…. Go buy a couple cans of spray paint for those metal seating - it would make such a difference?! But also glancing in as strolling past & see him in an obvious rant, irately waving hands at a frightened looking employee. We frequent the Promenade shopping center all. The. Time. It’s very sad that this is no longer a viable option for a sweet treat. We will happily take our business to Baskin-Robbins Just sad.

Very good selection of toppings and ice cream. One of my favorite spots to get ice cream

The peanut butter ice cream was so delicious!! My new fave, highly recommended.
