Magic Fountain Ice Cream

First time coming here and I like it! Good prices and tasty ice cream. Very creamy and flavorful and not too sweet. I had the soft serve with peanut butter and butter cups mixed in. Staff are teenagers but very nice. Some reviews say they were rude but I had a pleasant experience.

Bought a banana cream pie/vanilla birthday cake was the best I ever had..been around b-day cakes for long time LOL Had Carvel, had Baskin Robbins through out the years never knew Magic fountain made them..they are the best..if your bday falls in the summer months and you need a cake. MAGIC FOUNTAIN is the place and they are better priced then the other two available in town also. Was absolutely delicious Thanks

Good old fashioned ice cream spot. They have old school favorites and flavors you never heard of before. My favorite is the banana cream pie, its so delicious .

Solid ice cream here...no pun intended. During my visit I ordered the medium size serving which included 2 scoops of their home made hard ice cream for $3.75. That's a relatively good deal, cheaper than other local shops like Torico. You may get better value in buying a pint if you already have a favorite flavor. Both the pistachio and the cookie dough flavors were very good. They had a subtle sweetness which I like, were creamy, and had good portions of pistachio and dough to nibble on. There is a parking lot with an outdoor seating area available. Also they offer drive through service. However, the drive thru line seems to get longer than walk in. So I advise that you just park and grab your scoop. It seems to be a family owned business. They are CASH ONLY and tax seems to be included in the price, which makes their pricing an even better bargain. Normally the servers are polite. But during my last visit when I brought a big group of about 10 customers to try out their ice cream, the clerk got my second round of orders wrong. For one set of 4 orders he charged me for 5 ice creams instead. When I attempted to correct him showing him that there are only 4 people in front of him ordering and yet he gave me 5 separate ice cream servings, the man said "well I can't take the ice cream back and can't refund!" Now of course this is really not an excuse since he got the orders wrong. When I pushed that fact he disgruntedly gave me the refund for one ice cream. However, when I calculated everything after I left the stand, I realized that he actually overcharged me for TWO extra ice cream servings, not just one! Overall, this spot has good ice cream, at reasonable prices and is conveniently located. If they teach their staff to handle customer service issues better then they'll be 4 stars. But after my last experience they'll get a 3 star and I doubt I'll ever bring a large group there again to avoid the potential headaches with large orders. So always check that you got the right order and that you got charged the right price before you walk away!

Love that I am two blocks away. They have a ton of flavors. My favorite is the cannoli ice cream. They also do pup cups for the pooches

My husband and I live in jersey city and make the drive once in a while just to get the black raspberry milk shake- it’s great. The staff is always nice and best part is there is a drive through.

I go there with a good attitude the ice cream is always top shelf and the price is right service are always smiling and ready to fix whatever I didn't understand they wanted ect. Etc

Best ice cream in Bayonne! Looks like a small place but has parking and drive-thru options. Payment is cash only.

It was an awesome experience the Caw-fee ice cream and they have a drive through window!

Hi quality chain store. I'm from Cali & has been looking for rocky road. This place is fantastic. Reasonable price with good portion.
