Purchased the LG OLED 65" and got a full VIP treatment from these guys. They handled checking out the rest of my cart, gave me a free water and red bull, checked out my car to make sure the tv would fit, and loaded the tv. They were great!

After most attempts to solve my situation peacefully, I end up testify on Google+ of the poor long term experience with Magnolia. Their sale staff is pretty knowledgeable and skilled. So their advices in term of sales are useful and relevant. I bought in total for more than $50K of equipment and installation services for a new home cinema theater for my house.
Their installation process was "quite" effective too. I say quite because they had to come back several times to finish the installation. My projector and everything else were working fine for about a year and a half with no problems. After that projector started to bug from time to time (JVC DLAX70R). After more recurring problems I finally decided to call for help before warranty would expire. They took the projector back and sent it to JVC. After 2,5 months (yes you read right), and many phone calls to remind them of me, they finally came back with the projector repaired. When the tech installed it (after 1h), he told me the projector is still defective. I got depressed at this moment. So projector came back to Magnolia then JVC supposedly. They told me they will either repair it or refund the projector so I can buy a new one. After 4 months since Magnolia took the projector the first time, problem is still not solved, they wouldn't give us a loaner in the meantime so we can enjoy the room, they keep saying it will come soon, ... So I spend around $50K for a home theater room I cannot even use because we have no picture... The tech team is the worst (Ben is the guy who never calls back and answer texts). Sales team (Anthony, Patrick) keep saying Ben will call me, Ben will schedule an installation, Ben this, Ben that... But nothing happens and we still cannot watch a movie after 4 months! If I would buy my equipment at Best Buy, I would almost accept the situation because they do volume, not service. But Magnolia is supposed to be the high end division of Best Buy. Unfortunately technical support is as bad as it could be. If you want good service, you should go somewhere else... Really...

I just called them. It is 11:30am. It says in the description that they are open from 5:00am - 1:00pm. The voicemail says they are currently closed!
