Magnolia Run Apartments

Ms. Erica and the staff here at Magnolia Run are extremely gracious and reliable. They have been so welcoming and supportive throughout the pandemic, making the residents feel secure and considered. I love where i live and the people who manage this property.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my apartment! It’s so spacious and the washer and dryer is included, such an upgrade from my last place! The clubhouse and gym are newly renovated and so gorgeous. The office ladies are so friendly, especially Shayna, she’s like an angel sent from heaven.

I love the gym this apartment complex has! When I had decided to start working out again, they had all the equipment I could possibly want to use. Weights, treadmills, exercise balls etc, and it’s always kept clean! The people are friendly and I personally love the location

Not bad, had stayed in worst places. Maintenance is average. Can be faster on emergency responses. Locks are not so perfect btw, rooms. Doors are not perfect sometimes they dont close properly. More than a few issues.

The maintenance staff here is great! My husband put in a work order one afternoon and maintenance was fixing the issue the next day. It’s the promptness for me in addition to how courteous, knowledgeable and professional they are. Good job guys.

Shayna is hands down one of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I've been living in this community for a very long time. More than likely one of the oldest residents here. She has always responded with a positive attitude and maintained great professionalism.

Love Magnolia Run! Great place to live! The people are friendly and the staff is amazing, especially Shanya she was always helpful and kind from getting packages to just passing by in the neighborhood.

Maintenance is amazing. Very thorough and quick to get the job done. There has never been a time where I had to have them redo a job once it’s complete and know that I can count on them which is very comforting.
