The Cascades Apartments

Currently living here and we love it! The staff was super helpful with answering all our questions we had before moving in and with picking the right floor plan for us. Neighbors are nice and it’s pretty quiet here. The coffee shop pour favor being right below us is definitely a positive! :

good service kind staff.. have had no real issues since moving in . and any problems i have a re fixed in a timely manner .have been here for a few yrs and its easily one of the best complexes i have lived in

We have lived at the Cascade for a while now; the property is well maintained, maintenance staff responds efficiently and quickly solves the problem. Apiffany is our go-to person, and she never disappoints. Whether the issue is big or small, she always goes above and beyond to find a solution.

So far i have had a pleasant experience here. The staff are nice and courteous. They are prompt to respond to maintenance or other issues.

I have been a resident at the Cascades for several years and their team is awesome, especially Apiffany. They respond to any issues right away and they are so nice too. They make living here a pleasure.
